As you can see, the chicken can be quite successfully divided into three different and complete dishes. Well, now let's return to the topic of how to pickle chicken in soy sauce, and consider in detail all the stages of cooking with step-by-step photos!
To prepare the marinade base, I combined in equal proportions the three main ingredients - soy sauce, vinegar and sunflower oil. Now a little more about each of them.
There are a lot of varieties of soy sauce, especially with regard to Japanese. However, we often sell fakes in supermarkets. Production of soy sauce is not such an easy and quick process, therefore, its cost can not be low. If half a liter of soy sauce costs 50 rubles, you should not take it ... The composition should not contain any E (including E200 and E220). There should be no sediment! Otherwise, the product is more than dubious. In general, the best and most proven soy sauce is Kikkoman.
Now about vinegar. This time I used apple, but rice, balsamic, wine or regular table is also suitable. The main thing is not to confuse it with 70% acetic acid;)
Well, and oil ... I use always-aromatic unrefined oil for such a marinade. But if you do not like its taste, then you can take refined. Its function in this case is to make the meat softer.
So, I added spices to the chicken marinade with soy sauce. I took a universal seasoning, which includes curry, paprika, red pepper, as well as dried onions, carrots, celery and parsley. You can use any spices to your taste, including the ready-made package seasoning for chicken.
At this stage, I did not add salt to the marinade, since soy sauce already contains it. Salted, and then a little bit, already during frying and baking.
Well mixed the resulting mass.
Prepared chicken parts, which I will bake in the future. She removed the skin from her legs and hips, and left her wings as they are.
I laid these pieces of chicken in the prepared delicious chicken marinade in the oven. I mixed it so that all the pieces were involved.
She removed the skin from the breast, separated the meat from the bone. The resulting fillet was cut into several parts.
She sent the breast to the rest of the chicken parts.
She mixed well again so that all the meat was in the marinade.
She left the breast marinated in it for 1 hour (if desired, the time can be increased), and the remaining parts - for 12 hours (if desired, you can adjust the time both to a smaller and a larger side).
That, in fact, is all you need to know about how to pickle chicken in soy sauce.
After an hour of pickling, the breast was removed from the marinade and cut into smaller pieces. However, everything is individual here - both the size and the format of slicing can be chosen any convenient.
I laid out the slices of the breast in a preheated dry frying pan, added 2 tablespoons of the marinade. Fried for 5 minutes before changing color on medium (or slightly more) fire. She made a slow fire, covered it, and put it out for 10 minutes. Then she removed the lid, increased the heat to large, salted it a little, and roasted it until the liquid evaporated. For me, literally two or three minutes was enough.
Chicken marinated in soy sauce, vinegar and oil is ready! You can serve it with any side dish. I have this pic. We also love her in this version with pasta. And you can cook potatoes (no matter how) or something from legumes, cereals.
Well, now back to the other parts of the chicken, which I have marinated for half a day. I laid them out in a baking dish, here I poured the whole marinade. A little salt. And sent to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
That's all, the next chicken yummy is ready! You can serve any baked chicken parts both as a dish and with a side dish. Fresh greens will not hinder here anyway! ;)
