It is known that spaghetti is one of the varieties of pasta, which are famous for their taste and benefits. Durum wheat is used to make spaghetti, so you don’t have to worry about extra pounds, because such a product will be useful and will not lead to excess on the waist and sides. And this is not the only property of spaghetti, this type of pasta is very simple to cook, they do not boil and stick together, like regular pasta.

Components for this dish:

  • spaghetti not thick - 200 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
  • cooking water to cover 1.5 cm spaghetti;
  • salt - a pinch or to taste.

How to cook classic spaghetti in a slow cooker:

  1. Almost everything loves pasta, and especially spaghetti, because it turns out tastier in a slow cooker than on a stove. Yes, and prepare very quickly. It is only necessary to do everything correctly, observing the sequence and then trust the multicooker. The result of efforts is a delicious breakfast / lunch / dinner on the table without loss of personal time.
  2. Immediately put the kettle, because we need boiling water, and proceed to the preparation of everything we need. Open a packet of spaghetti, break the pasta in half, put in a slow cooker.
  3. Just the kettle has boiled, pour boiling water so much that it covers the pasta completely, but no more than 1.5-2 cm. This will be enough.
  4. Now you need to add oil, put a pinch of salt, mix all the components with a silicone spatula, and then lower the lid.
  5. By default, spaghetti in a slow cooker are prepared in the "Pasta" or "Spaghetti" mode. But not every device is equipped with such a program. There is an alternative: you can cook spaghetti in a slow cooker in the “Soup” or “Steaming” mode and even in the “Pilaf” program. You only need to set the time, and if this is not possible, control the cooking process yourself. Spaghetti will cook in 12 minutes.
  6. After the signal, there are 2 ways: drain the remaining water, put the pasta in a colander to get rid of excess fluid and then use spaghetti for its intended purpose, as the basis for cooking. And if you want the spaghetti to be crispy, with a golden brown crust, then you need to drain the water, return the spaghetti back, turn on the Frying program or you can bake it, fry the pasta for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

We will prepare everything you need:

  • spaghetti - half a pack;
  • zucchini or zucchini - 1 pc.;

  3. The second stage is preparing a gas station. It is necessary to pour oil in a dry and clean multicooker bowl, activate the "Frying" program, put zucchini or young zucchini sliced \u200b\u200bin rings, and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. While the zucchini is cooked, it is necessary to cut the ham into cubes or straws, after 5 minutes add the ham. Following - diced tomato and green onions. Continue cooking the dressing for 3 minutes, then pour the cream, enrich with spices and salt.
  5. We return the spaghetti back to the slow cooker, mix the pasta with the sauce and you can turn off the appliance completely.

In this case, we need:

  • spaghetti - 200 g;
  • boiling water;
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon for cooking spaghetti and 1 tsp for refueling;
  • sweet red Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • spices and salt to taste.

The cooking process:

  1. We put water and immediately open a packet of spaghetti, break it in half so that the pasta fits in the slow cooker.
  2. As soon as the water boils, pour boiling water so that the water covers the pasta by 1.5-2 cm, activate the "Spaghetti" or "Soup" program (you can "Steam cooking" and "Pilaf").
  3. Add water and salt to water to taste. Important: if you do not want to break the spaghetti, you need to put them in a slow cooker, pour boiling water and wait until the pasta settles down. We will cook for 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook spaghetti, we will prepare a delicious sauce. You need to wash the pepper and tomatoes, cut thinly into strips or cubes. Free the garlic from the shell and grate.
  5. All vegetables need to be put in a bowl, add oil, mix. Also, if desired, you can put a little grated hard cheese, it will be tastier.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, you need to drain the excess water, put the spaghetti in a colander, and prepare the sauce in the slow cooker: all the vegetables must be stewed for 20 minutes in the "Stew" mode. 5 minutes before the end of the program, you need to return the spaghetti to the bowl of the multicooker, mix and after the signal you can immediately serve to the table.   1. In a slow cooker, pour 1 liter of water, salt and lower the lid. Select Pasta, Spaghetti, Pasta or Soup.
  2. Next, you need to wait for the water to boil, then put the spaghetti. Pasta can not be broken, you just have to wait until under the influence of steam they are slightly softened and fall into the bowl of the device. After this, the lid needs to be lowered and cooking of spaghetti continued for 8 minutes.

From these products we will prepare:

  • spaghetti - 500 g;
  • salmon - 300 g;
  • a piece of butter;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp;
  • bulgarian pepper - 100 g;
  • cream - 400 ml (higher fat content);
  • spices to taste, Provencal herbs and salt;
  • fresh parsley - for serving;
  • hard cheese - for serving.

First you need to put onions, fry for 3 minutes, then pepper and all together you need to cook for 3-5 minutes, then attach the salmon, mix and then cook until the fish softens. It’s good if the salmon is slightly browned.
  6. Now we make the sauce: put the flour, mix and immediately, just slowly, with a thin stream, pour the cream. Then you need to mix all the ingredients, enriching with spices and still need to add salt to taste.

  • spaghetti durum wheat - 250 g;
  • water - 2 multi-glasses;
  • sausages - 3-5 (according to the number of people);
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • spices and salt to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour pasta into the slow cooker, peel and chop the onion, pour into the slow cooker.
  2. Sausages can be put whole, but it is better to cut into circles.
  3. Add a pinch of ground black pepper and salt, optionally a little olive oil.
  4. Then you need to pour boiling water so that the water covers all the ingredients by 1.5-2 cm, cook with the lid closed in the "Pasta", "Macaroni", "Pilaf" or "Soup" mode for 8-10 minutes.

  4. The processing time depends on the recommended time on the packaging of the products and averages 7-12 minutes. To the specified indicator you need to add 2 minutes.

Despite the existence of basic rules, a qualitative result can be obtained only through the regular use of methods and their independent correction. It is best to start with the basic options for boiling the product, after which complication of approaches by introducing additional components is already allowed.

The original recipe for shells

  • For 400 g of shells we take 0.5 kg of minced chicken, one onion, a glass of hard grated cheese, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a little greens and salt.
  • First, prepare the filling for pasta, sautéing minced meat with finely chopped onions. We introduce salt and spices to taste. Processing is carried out until ready.

Tip: For cooking in a slow cooker, it is best to use large varieties of pasta, which so often remain undercooked when using a pan. They quickly reach readiness and are not digested.

  • We fill each pasta element with cooked minced meat and put it in the Redmond multicooker. Carefully fill the billets with cold water, covering no more than a couple of centimeters. Salt the liquid, a couple of bay leaves can be laid out on its surface.
  • The best option for the program is “Pilaf”. If the pasta is large and dense, then the processing is carried out within 40 minutes.   Otherwise, you must first set the timer for 20 minutes and then act on the circumstances.

Put the finished product on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with chopped herbs. Serve hot.

Classic pasta

In the multicooker Polaris, if you wish, you can cook a wide variety of pasta dishes, but it is recommended to start with the basic approaches.

  • For 250 g of any pasta we take 350 ml of water, a teaspoon of butter and a little salt.
  • Put the pasta in the bowl. Finely chop the butter, put the pieces on the workpiece. Next, pour water on the wall. The liquid should cover the product completely. We add the whole mass and close the lid.
  • In the multicooker Polaris there is a "Pasta" mode, in which the product can be cooked due to the slow evaporation of water, so that it is cooked evenly. Processing time is from 7 to 9 minutes, depending on the type of pasta.
  • If the design of the device allows you to install the grill, then at the same time as pasta you can cook steamed vegetables.

Season the finished products with spices, sprinkle with grated cheese, serve with cheese or cream sauce.

How can I make pasta in the form of nests?

Nests that are not easy to boil in an ordinary pot with water can be prepared using a Panasonic cooker or other similar devices.

  • For 8 nests, we need 300 g of minced chicken, two thirds of a glass of grated hard cheese, water, 3 tablespoons of ketchup or tomato paste, a couple of small onions, spices and salt to taste.
  • We place the nests in the multicooker so that the distance between them is minimal, but the products do not touch. Stuffing mix with chopped onion, salt, add spices. Spread the filling into the nests, grease with ketchup on top.
  • Pour water into the bowl along the wall and add salt. The fluid should only reach the middle of the height of the nest.
  • We select the “Pilaf” mode, which first starts the steam processing process, and then slightly fries the workpieces. We select the time ourselves. Depending on the density and thickness of the products, it can be from 12 to 25 minutes.

We lay the finished nests on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese, you can additionally decorate the dish with greens. In this case, you should not try to replace the ground beef with chicken, it can remain raw. And if you increase the exposure time, the texture of the pasta will suffer noticeably.

In the preparation of pasta, miracle saucepans of the "multicooker" justify the advertising slogans that simplify the lives of housewives and free up personal time. Now you don’t need large pots to make pasta feel good and not crowded, you do not need a colander, a frying pan for frying and, most importantly, you do not need to stand above them with a stopwatch in your hands, so God forbid not to digest. In a slow cooker, you will immediately prepare a delicious side dish - fried vegetables and perfectly cooked pasta, you just need to pour them with the right amount of boiling water, which is absorbed without residue, and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving, which could be easier? Ingredients

  • 200 g of durum wheat pasta (I use colored pasta with vegetables)
  • 320 ml boiling water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g onions
  • 100 g carrots
  • salt to taste
  • some cheese to decorate

In the preparation of pasta, a Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker with a power of 1000W and a bowl capacity of 5 liters was used.

How to cook pasta in a slow cooker

Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.

Wash and peel the carrots, rub it on a fine grater.

Set the mode "frying", pour 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and when it warms up enough, add diced onions. Sauté the onions, stirring for 2-3 minutes until transparent.

Then run the grated carrots (you can add your favorite greens if desired) and continue to fry for another 3 minutes, stirring the carrots periodically and making it soft.

Turn off the frying mode, and while the vegetable frying is still hot, pour in the pasta and mix lightly. In the meantime, turn on the kettle so that the boiling water is at hand.

For every 100g of pasta you need to add 1 measuring cup of boiling water (160ml), in this recipe I use 200g of pasta, respectively, I need to add 2 measured cups of boiling water. Salt and mix the contents of the multicooker bowl.

Close the multicooker with a lid and set the appropriate mode for cooking pasta, if your model has a “pasta” mode - ideally, if not, use the “baking” mode for as many minutes as indicated for preparing pasta on the package. As soon as the operating mode is completed, open the lid and, having mixed it again, put the pasta on a plate, since leaving them in a slow cooker, you risk overexposing them.

In my case, the cooking time of al dente pasta is 8 minutes, while the minimum cooking time in the baking mode is 10 minutes, which is a bit inconvenient, since I had to be alert to forcibly turn off the multicooker 2 minutes before the end of the mode.

There is one more nuance. In a multicooker-pressure cooker, even with the “baking” mode, the steam outlet valve blocks the lid, and it cannot be opened during operation of the mode. Meanwhile, I would very much like to open it, because, in my opinion, pasta should be mixed at least once during cooking. Unmixed pasta is obtained on top a little drier than necessary. Therefore, if you have the opportunity to open the lid, do it in the middle of the pasta in a slow cooker, mix lightly and close again until the end of the mode.
