  6. During this time, the eggplant has already salted. We wash off the salt from the tap under it, dab it with a dry cloth to remove excess liquid from its surface.

  7. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables with spices. Alternatively, you can use spicy herbs. You can also try chicken seasoning. We do not mix vegetables with each other in order to preserve the individual taste of each.



  8. Now put on the skewers prepared ingredients. I propose this order: pepper, zucchini, meat, onions, eggplant. Any order can be chosen. It is important that there is onion immediately near the meat. And at the beginning and at the end - pepper.
