In order to cook homemade pasta with minced meat and tomato paste, you will need:

  • 200 g of any pasta or pasta (bows, spaghetti pasta, etc.);
  • 1 kg of minced meat (pork + beef);
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 tbsp with a small hill of tomato paste;
  • 2-3 small cloves of garlic;
  • some vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt, black pepper to taste;
  • some green onions for decoration.

Pasta recipe with minced meat and tomato paste.

1. We select carrots of bright orange color. We will save it from dirt, we will clear and we will cut into cubes.

2. Pour into the pan about 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. It is preferable to choose refined sunflower oil, it is ideal for frying.

We spread the cubes of carrots in hot oil and fry for literally 1 minute, until the carrots are half ready.

3. Peel the onion, chop finely.

4. Pour chopped onions to carrots.

6. Take thawed minced meat. Add it to the vegetables.

7. Immediately, immediately, stir the minced meat, breaking the big lumps with a spatula. It’s impossible to get rid of lumps at all, but try to keep them as small as possible.

8. First, the meat will let the juice go, but then the juice will evaporate and you will hear a characteristic brow - the meat will begin to fry and a characteristic golden crust will appear on it. Without leaving the pan, carefully stir the minced meat so that it is roasted evenly.

9. Pour in about a glass and a half of water and add tomato paste.

11. At that time, while the minced meat is stewed, prepare a paste. Add salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to boiling water. Pour the bows.

12. Note that the amount of water is as important as the quality of the paste. For 100 g of paste, 1 liter of water is needed. Boil as much as indicated on the packaging. If you bought Italian pasta, then 2 or even 3 cooking times are indicated there. We choose the latest option, we are more accustomed to fully finished pasta.

Throw the finished pasta into a colander and let the water drain completely.

13. When only 1/3 of the liquid remains, proceed to the next step. In the finished meat component, add salt to taste. Rub the garlic on a fine grater, add to the minced meat. Mix and remove from heat. Cover with a lid and leave to brew a little.
