Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice in salted water.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Mash the fish with a fork.
  4. Combine fish, rice and onion into one mass.
  5. Mix eggs with sour cream and mayonnaise. Add flour gradually. Stir the dough while doing this. Add soda, salt, mix again.
