Ingredients:

  • flour 180 g
  • butter 100 g
  • sugar 2 tbsp. l.
  • egg yolks 1 pc.
  • salt 1 pinch

Take a low round mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Roll out the dough thinly on the table, trying to use as little flour as possible. Using a rolling pin, transfer the dough into the pan and press it against the sides, forming sides. Prick the dough with a fork and place in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Beat the egg, yolk, cream and vanilla essence. Cut the pears in half, remove the peel and seeds. Cut into thin slices crosswise, maintaining the shape. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle it over the dough. Arrange the pears on the chocolate like flower petals.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fill the pears with cream. Place the pan with the pie in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes

Remove the pear and chocolate pie from the oven. Reduce temperature to 180 degrees. Sprinkle the pie with brown sugar and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
