For 4 servings you will need: 1 chicken breast fillet, 2 onions, 150 g of hard cheese, 1 beet, 1 pomegranate, 3 eggs, 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 50 g of walnuts, salt, pepper to taste.

Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces, season with salt. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown.

Wash carrots, boil, peel and grate. Boil eggs, peel. Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Coarsely chop the nuts. Boil the beets, peel and also grate on a coarse grater. Disassemble the pomegranate into grains.

Form the salad in the form of a cone and lay out in layers, stirring each with mayonnaise:

  • shabby potatoes on a coarse grater,
  • chopped smoked chicken,
  • finely chopped onion
  • corn,

  • grated processed cheese

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, separate the whites from the yolks and grate on a medium grater. Cut the salmon into small slices. Peel the orange and remove the fibers and cut the flesh into cubes. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the olives into rings.
