1. Soak the loaf in milk. Leave for 1-2 minutes.

2. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces, for a meat grinder.

3. The meat also needs to be cut into pieces.

4. Skip everything through a meat grinder. If you are using a ready-made semi-finished product, then you can grind onions and bread with a blender.

5. Thoroughly mix the mass. Salt and season.

6. Pick up minced meat, roll it into one big ball and throw it several times with medium force on the table. So it will become even more elastic.

7. Divide the mass into even small balls. Roll in breadcrumbs, give each the shape of a cutlet.

8. Fry in a pan using oil. Fry under the lid, on both sides until fully cooked.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of turkey meat (or minced meat);
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • green onions and parsley;
  • a raw egg;
  • salt;
  • 100 milliliters of milk.

Cooking:

1. Pour hot milk over oatmeal, leave for 5 minutes.

2. Cut the turkey into small pieces.

3. Combine oatmeal with milk and meat in a blender bowl. Beat until even. Salt, season as desired. If you are preparing food for babies 1-2 years old, then spices cannot be added. Salt is also better to exclude.

4. Grate the carrot. Break an egg. Add these ingredients to the minced meat, mix thoroughly, with clean hands.

5. Wetting the palms in clean water, form cutlets.

6. Pour a liter of water into the multicooker bowl. Install the steamer attachment. Lay the patties on this rack. Set the "Steam" function (in older models, if there is no such function, select "Quenching"). Time - 35 minutes.

Zucchini gives the cutlets a unique tenderness and juiciness. Add it to your dish and see for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • a pound of turkey mince;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • small zucchini;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • some green onions;
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • one and a half tablespoons of olive oil;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt and spices of your choice.

Cooking:

1. All ingredients must be mixed in one bowl. If you use meat instead of minced meat, then you can scroll it in a meat grinder along with zucchini and garlic. Finely chop the greens. You can also grind zucchini and garlic in a blender.

2. Add everything else on the list except sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly with clean hands.

3. Form meatballs of the desired size. It is convenient to do this with hands dipped in water.

4. Fry on each side for 3-5 minutes, in vegetable oil, under the lid.

5. Now they need to be sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

6. In the meantime, prepare the sauce with sour cream, lemon juice and olive oil. Season, mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk.

Recipe for delicious minced turkey cutlets with semolina

Semolina will add extra splendor and taste to your favorite cutlets. With it, they turn out juicy, voluminous and very appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • one egg;
  • a bunch of greens;
  • 3 tablespoons of semolina;
  • large onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

1. Chop the onion very finely. Due to the presence of large pieces in the composition, during frying, cutlets may fall apart. It is better to grind it in a blender.

2. Finely chop the greens.

3. Combine meat, onions and herbs in one bowl. Crack an egg into it, season with salt and pepper.

4. Another secret to juiciness is mayonnaise. Just a couple of spoons in the composition and you will feel a positive result.

5. Now it's the turn of the semolina. Mix the mass thoroughly and leave for 20-30 minutes. You can leave for a longer time if cooking is not urgent. So the semolina will swell and the mass will become more magnificent.
