Cooking ham with this method is very simple, because all you need is a large, high-quality piece of meat, a large saucepan, and strong culinary string. The ham will turn out delicious, aromatic, piquant.

The following products are needed:

  • 1.5 pork ham;
  • 60 g of coarse salt;
  • 2.5 liters of water;
  • Bay leaf;
  • black allspice;
  • 5 cloves of garlic.

The recipe is as follows:

  1. We wash the meat, remove excess moisture with paper napkins, rub salt on top.

The best choice for housewives will be a piece of pork, like the one shown in the photo. Rinse it in cold water and pat dry with disposable towels.


Cut the pork into strips. Place the meat in a deep bowl, which is convenient for you to stir it.
