During this time, grate the apples.

Combine all ingredients and mix. We try to make sure that each piece of fruit is smeared with dough. I stir with a whisk.

Now let's choose the form. I have this round leaf with a diameter of 24 cm. I lubricate it with oil and a silicone brush. I grease the sides well.

And pour the dough into it.


We heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 40-45 minutes.

Readiness is checked with a toothpick or the tip of a knife. We pierce our pie in the middle. And look what's left on the toothpick. If there is raw dough on it, then it’s too early to pull out the dessert. If it comes out dry, then it's time to drink tea with dessert.

Quick apple pie in a slow cooker

I can't stop praising this helper. It's also great for making apple pie. Moreover, the top remains a little pale, which means it can be beautifully decorated.


You will need:

  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup,
  • vegetable oil - 7 tablespoons,
  • butter,
  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs,
  • soda - 0.5 tsp,
  • vinegar - a couple of drops,
  • salt - a pinch.

Cooking

Break the eggs into a bowl, mix them with sugar. Beat with a whisk until foam forms.

Pour flour into a separate bowl. We extinguish the soda in it and mix our dry ingredients.


Pour a pinch of salt into the eggs and pour the flour in parts.


To make the dough elastic, we introduce 7 tbsp. sunflower oil. Finished with the dough, let's move on to the fruit.


We clean the apples from the peel, damage and seeds and cut them into slices.


Put the melted butter in the multicooker bowl and grease the edges with it. Pour some of the dough inside so that it covers the bottom.


Lay out the slices and again cover with dough on top.


Close the lid, set the "Baking" mode and wait for the end of work. The mode can automatically set the cooking time from 40 to 90 minutes.

If you have a multicooker menu in English, then you need to select the “Cake” mode. For example, my baking takes 50 minutes.

After the mode is over, you will hear a beep. So it's time to get dessert and put the kettle on to warm up.

Homemade kefir pie

There are also a lot of cooking recipes on kefir. I give you an option when a mug of this fermented milk product remained in the refrigerator, and not even the first freshness. We are already afraid to drink it, but it will go to baking with a bang.


Compound:

  • flour - 300 g,
  • eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • sugar - 200 g,
  • kefir - 250 ml,
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp,
  • salt - a pinch
  • soda - 1 tsp,
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon,
  • apples - 4 pcs.,
  • cinnamon with sugar - 1 tbsp.

Cooking

I prefer kefir and eggs to cook at room temperature. I think the dough rises better this way. Therefore, I take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar and mix the mass until smooth.


It should be the same color and without extra lumps. It is even better if the sugar is completely dissolved in the protein.

Pour in warm kefir and add a pinch of salt.

Separately, pour the ginger into the flour. And sift dry ingredients immediately into a bowl. Mix until smooth.


If your kefir is not old and not very sour, then you need to extinguish the soda with vinegar and immediately pour it into the dough. If kefir has high acidity, then vinegar can be dispensed with. And immediately pour soda into kefir. It is extinguished by lactic acid from kefir. Mix well, the dough is ready.


Cut the apples into 4 pieces and remove the core.

Cut into thin slices.

Grease the mold with butter and pour part of the dough into it. Distribute it evenly along the bottom. It is very convenient for me to do this with a silicone spatula.

Apple slices go on the dough.


Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. And pour another layer of dough.

Decorate the top with the remaining cinnamon sugar sprinkles.


We bake our pie at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. For example, in a form with a diameter of 22 cm, it is baked for 35 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa.

A simple recipe for sour cream

Another very fast option, which is also prepared from the most affordable products. Sour cream can be taken with any fat content. As well as any manufacturer. The pie turns out to be equally tasty both on a rustic product and on store-bought sour sour cream.


Compound:

  • 4 medium apples
  • glass of sugar,
  • a glass of flour,
  • a glass of sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp soda.

Cooking

Let's start by preparing the form. We will use a round baking sheet with a diameter of 26 cm. We lay out the bottom with parchment paper, which we grease with butter. Also do not forget to coat the sides.

Cut the apples and remove the core. Immediately cut the halves into thin slices. Let's put them in a circle.


Separately, mix the egg and sugar. We beat them with a mixer so that they turn white and only then pour sour cream.

In another bowl, mix flour with baking soda and baking powder. Sift it into the egg-sour cream mixture.


Knead the dough quickly. So that the baking powder does not have time to finish its action ahead of time. And fill them with fruit slices.


Preheat the oven at 190 degrees and bake the cake. Set the timer for about 30-40 minutes.

How to make apple pie with milk

Not sour cream and kefir? Perfectly quickly knead the dough in milk. There is a simple recipe for this.


Let's take:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 150 ml milk
  • 75 ml vegetable oil,
  • 180 g sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 350 g flour
  • 7 apples.

Cooking

Crack 4 eggs into a deep bowl. Sprinkle sugar and a pinch of salt. Shake a little with a fork so that the mass is connected.

Then we introduce milk at room temperature and odorless vegetable oil.


Now pour the baking powder and put the flour in parts (we sifted it in advance).


Immediately cut the apples into the dough. Choose the size and type of pieces yourself.


We take a form with a diameter of 24 cm. Lubricate the bottom with oil, so the bottom of the cake can be pulled out more easily.


We spread the dough on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven to about 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Video recipe for yeast pie dough

Yeast dough is not the easiest option. But there are hostesses who have a different opinion. Therefore, I give a simple video recipe for making a yeast pie.

The recipe is explained step by step and clear. I think that there will be no difficulties in its preparation. But you need to be sure of your yeast. They must have a normal expiration date, otherwise the dough will not rise. I described many more recipes earlier before Easter.

Recipe for a quick margarine pie

Margarine is often used in baking as a budget fat. At home, I prefer to replace it with butter. But my grandmother cooks an apple pie only on it. I bring the recipe.

Let's take:

  • 6 large apples
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pack of butter or margarine (200 g),
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla,
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

Cooking

Let's cook the apples first. We cut them and remove the core. We cut off all damage and darkened places. Let's cut them into slices.


In a bowl, beat the eggs, mix with sugar and mix.


We introduce vanillin, add flour and baking powder.

The main rule of such a dough is fast kneading and air at the same temperature during baking. This means that you need to prepare the dough at the very last turn and immediately send it to prepare. And also you can not open the oven door, otherwise the dough will settle heavily.

Let's take:

  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 medium apples.

Cooking

Rinse and cut the fruit into pieces in advance. And immediately turn on the oven to warm up.

The basis is well-brewed tea. It can be taken any - black, green or white. And it also turns out delicious on tea leaves with the addition of mint, lemon balm or thyme.


Ingredients:

  • tea leaves (it is better to take green fruit tea) - 250 ml,
  • sugar - 1 cup,
  • any jam - 4 tbsp. spoons,
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • flour - 3-4 cups,
  • 1 teaspoon of soda (quench with vinegar),
  • apples 4-5 pcs.

Cooking

Turn on the oven immediately to heat up. During this time, we will quickly prepare everything.
In a deep bowl, mix warm tea leaves with sugar. We make sure that tea leaves do not get caught.

Add 4 tbsp. any jam.

Pour in unscented sunflower oil.

Pour in the sifted flour. We extinguish the soda in it with vinegar. Flour may take more or less. It all depends on its variety and the amount of gluten.


Add chopped apples to the dough.

Pour the mass into a mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Very fast and affordable, right?

Apple pie with semolina without eggs

Well, we’ll also consider the option if you suddenly didn’t have enough flour for baking and you forgot to buy eggs. By the way, I even had such a situation when there was a blizzard on the street, and the child strongly asked for a sweet pie. Do not drag the baby to the store in the cold. And in this case, there is a way out and a great dessert recipe.

But the pie itself is not quite ordinary, because we will pour the dough on the fruit. Let's tell you more.


Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g semolina,
  • 200 g sugar
  • 18 grams of baking powder,
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g butter.

Cooking

Grate the apples on a coarse grater. We do not remove the skin. We squeeze some acid on them.
Pour flour, baking powder, sugar and semolina into a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and put the mold in it. We bake our treat for about 20 minutes.

The butter will begin to melt and soak into the flour and apples. As a result, we get a delicate crumbly baking texture.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs;
  • incomplete glass of sugar;
  • incomplete glass of flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar;
  • 5 - 7 - 10 apples (depending on their size).

That's all, as you can see, the set of products is minimal, and the cake is obtained for the whole family, because it is very magnificent!

How to bake:

The most time-consuming task in this recipe is to peel apples, which we will do first. After washing them, cut them into quarters and peel them from the cores and peel.

Let's prepare the cake pan. It is best to take a detachable one, cover the bottom with confectionery paper and grease this paper and the sides of the mold with sunflower oil. Or grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina.

Well, this time I decided to try baking in a cast-iron pan - to find out how it will turn out, because not everyone has detachable forms. I will say right away: if not, it is worth buying - for such pies and biscuits. The cake stuck to the bottom, despite being lubricated with oil, and to get it, prying with a spatula, I had to suffer 🙂

Cut the apples into thin small slices and evenly scatter on the bottom of the mold. Now you can cook lush dough without fear that it will settle while we fiddle with apples.

Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer, do not separate the yolks from the proteins, as for a biscuit!

Beat for a minute - one and a half, this is enough to get a lush, thick mass with bubbles.

Pour flour into a bowl, soda into flour, quench with vinegar and carefully, but carefully, so as not to knock down the foam, mix.

Pour the dough over the apples, evenly distribute it with a spoon, and put the mold in a well-heated oven in advance.

Five minutes are baked, although not 5 minutes, but still quite quickly - 20 - 25 minutes, on fire more than average, closer to large. Just check from time to time with a stick so that it does not turn out that the top is already burning, and the middle is still watery. In this case, the fire needs to be reduced a little, not abruptly, so that the cake does not “sit down”.

After trying the pie with a skewer again, and making sure that it is dry, we take out the pastries from the oven.

We wait until it cools down a little, and take the cake out of the mold. It is convenient to turn it over onto the lid of the pan, and then from the lid onto the dish.

We cut the cake into portions - look how fluffy and lush it is! Sweet dough perfectly complements the sour taste of tender baked apples. Just what you need for a soulful tea party!

…But what if you bake an apple biscuit with chocolate?.. The pear chocolate charlotte turned out to be very tasty, you should also try the apple version, the idea is tempting! 🙂

Now let's deal with the filling, take the apples, cut them into slices, which we then sprinkle with cinnamon.

The dough and filling are ready. The final step will be laying out all the ingredients in the form. We are suitable for both metal and glass or silicone. We grease it. We spread the dough into it, and stick the apple slices evenly in a circle, while deepening them a little.

Bake this open apple pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The result is a deliciously aromatic dessert.

Apple pie with yeast dough

Such a cake will have an amazing taste due to the thick caramel, which is obtained from a mixture of sugar, apple juice and cinnamon and soaks the base wonderfully.

To make a yeast pie with apples, we will need:

  • sweet dough (how to cook it, consider below);
  • apples;
  • cinnamon;
  • sugar;
  • vegetable oil.

Of course, you can use any yeast dough, but the best option for a sweet pie is just a rich one.

Preparing an open pie is very easy. We roll out the prepared dough, taking into account the shape of the baking sheet. We grease the baking sheet well with vegetable oil, spread the dough.

As for the filling, first wash the apples well. We cut them into pieces. You can peel the skin, but it's up to your own taste. Add cinnamon sugar to apples. Mix well to evenly distribute the cinnamon and sugar.

Everyone knows that sweet pastries are much tastier if they are baked on the basis of rich dough. Apple pie is no exception. Let's get acquainted with the recipe for making such a dough.

We will use the following products:

  • water (milk or curdled milk) - one glass;
  • pressed yeast - 25-30 g;
  • salt - ½-1 tsp;
  • sugar - ¼ stack;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter (vegetable) oil - 60-80 g;
  • flour - about 600 g.

First, we put the dough by analogy with the usual yeast dough. But first you need to melt the butter. When the dough is ready, the temperature of the oil should be 30-40 degrees.

We introduce baking into the finished dough, namely eggs with butter. And add the remaining ingredients: salt, sugar, part of the flour. It is important that the consistency of the dough is correct. It is usually recommended to make one that will not stick to your hands. However, it is already considered too steep and heavy. That is why it is necessary to achieve a consistency when the dough is still sticky, and “light” to the touch. Not everyone can succeed the first time. But there is no need to despair. Experiment, and most importantly, try to remember how much flour was put in, perhaps next time its amount will need to be increased or decreased.

After kneading the dough, it must be put in a warm place to rise, while covering with a towel. When the dough has risen 2-3 times, beat it up and let it rise again. This procedure should be repeated 2-3 times.

Now you can cook an open apple pie!

Spicy apple pie

Let's cook an apple pie in a slow cooker. The recipe that we offer for consideration is prepared on a crispy dough and with air filling. This is what gives the cake a special piquancy.

Well, let's get acquainted with the ingredients that we need. We will prepare the dough from:

  • rye flour - about 180 g;
  • olive oil (odorless) - 50 g (5 tablespoons);
  • cold water - 3-5 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs - 55 g or 1 pc.;
  • poppy - 18 g (2 tablespoons);
  • salt - pinches;
  • butter - 3-5 g.

For the filling, you will need 200 g of apples (one large or 2 medium ones), and the filling is prepared from:

  • eggs - 110 g or 2 pcs.;
  • natural yogurt (fat content 2.5-4%) - 200 ml;
  • brown sugar (honey) and cinnamon - ½ tsp each.

So, we have collected the products, now we are preparing a pie with apples in a slow cooker.

Whisk the egg with a whisk. Mix flour with poppy seeds, salt, egg and butter. We knead the dough. Gradually add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms a ball. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter.

We cut two strips of parchment paper about 12 cm wide and about 15 cm long. Put them in the multicooker bowl crosswise. They are necessary for convenient pulling of the cake, so as not to turn it upside down.

To prepare the filling, beat the eggs with a whisk, mix them with yogurt, sugar (honey) and cinnamon.

Arrange the apple slices on the dough and pour over the egg and yogurt mixture. We expose the program "Baking". We turn on the multicooker for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

When the apple pie in the slow cooker is ready, take out the bowl. Let the cake cool, then carefully remove it and put it on a pre-prepared dish.

Apple puff pastry pie

Another option for a delicious apple pie is the layered apple pie. It is prepared very easily, and most importantly, incredibly fast.

We will need:

  • one egg;
  • jam;
  • 500 g puff pastry;
  • sugar;
  • 3 apples;
  • lemon juice.

Apple puff pastry is prepared in two easy steps. First, lay out the frozen puff pastry on paper, let it thaw, cut off small ribbons around its entire perimeter, which we cut with a knife on both sides. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg. We put ribbons on these edges. Lubricate the middle of the dough with jam, then lay out the apples, peeled and cut into slices.

In the second step, sprinkle apples with lemon juice, sprinkle them with sugar, grease the ribbons with an egg. The rest of the ribbons can be put on top of the cake, but then they also need to be greased with an egg. We put the cake in the oven (temperature 180 degrees) for about 25-30 minutes. Consider another recipe for an open apple pie. The peculiarity of this cake is that it can be prepared without sugar!

We will prepare the following products:

  • butter - 100 g + for greasing the baking sheet;
  • sugar - half a glass + for sprinkling apples;
  • salt - one pinch;
  • flour - 3 stack. with top;
  • milk - 1 stack;
  • drinking soda;
  • apples - 10-11 pcs.;
  • powdered sugar.

We take the butter and rub it with sugar, introduce the eggs one by one, pour in the salt, flour mixed with soda, pour in the milk. We knead the dough well. We roll it into a layer and put it on a baking sheet. Pre-oiled. We cover the dough with an even layer of peeled thin slices of apples. Sprinkle them with sugar.   • sugar - 70 g;
  • one egg;
  • half tsp soda;
  • flour - 170 g;
  • one tsp cocoa;

  • flour - one tbsp. l.;
  • apples - 2 pcs. (medium).

Mix flour with soda, sift cocoa there. Rub the butter with the egg and sugar. Gradually add flour, knead the dough.
We remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Whisk the cream with a fork. Peeled apples cut into cubes. Put the dough into a mold. We make a side with moistened hands. Distribute apples.

Fill them with cream. We bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool well in shape. We take out and treat relatives.
