Before you start cooking, you need to choose the right basic products. In order for the dish according to the chosen recipe to turn out surprisingly tasty, it is important to purchase only the highest grade spaghetti. Do not be stingy and give preference to pasta made from durum wheat.
Shrimp choose fresh, without foreign smell. If only frozen ones are on sale, then check the expiration date. At the same time, pay attention that they are not frozen. Unpeeled shrimp must be cleaned before adding to the sauce, removing the shell, heads and inner film. Then rinse with water.
