  1. Boil potatoes, chicken breast, eggs. Cut potatoes, pickled cucumbers and eggs into cubes.
  2. Disassemble the oyster mushrooms. Cut large mushrooms into strips and blanch in boiling water. Then fry until tender in a little melted butter and grated garlic, salt and season to your liking. Fry small mushrooms and set aside separately.
  3. Finely chop the onion and marinate with wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Squeeze out the marinade.
  4. Set the mold on a flat dish and lay out all the ingredients in layers. First, mushrooms, then potatoes, onions, eggs, pickled cucumbers, chicken, Korean carrots.
  5. Each layer of lettuce must be layered with mayonnaise, except for the top one. Put small oyster mushrooms on a bright pillow of Korean carrots and decorate them with grated cheese and parsley sprigs. Coat the edges of the “cake” with mayonnaise mixed with chopped herbs.

Salad Mushroom basket with red fish

Luxurious recipe for a festive table. The appearance of the salad depends on how thinly and neatly the fillet is cut, since the fish is the last layer. If it’s hard to make beautiful records on your own, then it’s better to purchase ready-made cuts.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 300 g.
  • Fresh dill - 50 g.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.
  • Red fish - 200 g.
  • Pickled champignons - 200 g.
  • Olives - 100 g.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Fresh ginger optional.
  • Onion - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil chicken eggs, carrots and potatoes. Cool all components and grate on a coarse grater. Rinse cucumbers and chop into strips.
  2. Mix half of the mayonnaise in a blender with fresh dill, ginger and garlic.
  3. Chop the onion into thin crescents and scald with boiling water. Good squeeze.
  4. Divide the mushrooms into two parts. Finely chop half, leave the rest whole.
  5. Put the cake pan on a wide dish and lay out the prepared ingredients in layers. Layers of potatoes, onions, chicken eggs, pickled cucumbers, carrots, champignons and again potatoes come in succession. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise without additives.
  6. Slices of red fish are laid out overlapping on potatoes smeared with mayonnaise. In the center of the “cake” an island is made of mayonnaise with herbs, on which whole champignons and olives are laid out.
  7. Along the edges of the "cake" is neatly smeared with mayonnaise with herbs.
