  • boiled carrot - 1 pc.
  • jacket potatoes - 0.4 kg
  • c1 egg - 4 pcs.
  • smoked chicken - 0.2 kg
  • salted cucumber or pickled - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 45 g
  • boiled sausage as a serving
  • black olives
  • mayonnaise


Stages:

  • seasoning for Korean carrots - 0.5 tbsp


Stages:

5. Grate cheese like eggs.

6. On a beautiful plate, spread the turkey fillet, salt, all the layers will be greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Unusual snack in an unusual design. Easy to prepare. Amaze your guests with their skill in preparing unusual and delicious salads.

What is needed:

  • Crab meat 150 gr;
  • Avocado 300 gr;
  • Red caviar 5-6 tablespoons;
  • Eggs 2 pcs;
  • Cheese 150 gr;
  • Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Grate boiled eggs.

2. Finely chop the crab meat.

3. Peel the avocado, take out the stone and cut into small pieces.

4. Now you need to collect the horseshoe.

5. Put grated eggs in the form of a horseshoe on a round plate and grease with mayonnaise in a thin layer.

8. Top with red caviar and a layer of mayonnaise.

9. Sprinkle the whole thing with grated cheese.

10. If desired, on the horseshoe, you can put the inscription "For Happiness", say the same red caviar. It will turn out great.

Puff salad with sardines "New Year's mitt"

Wonderful cold appetizer for fish lovers. Cooking is not difficult, fast and not expensive. With proper design, the look is very beautiful.

For cooking you will need:

  • Sardines in oil - 2 jars;
  • Chives - 5-6 feathers;
  • Mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade) - 5-6 tablespoons;
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs;
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • 6 medium sized potatoes;
  • 2 large carrots;
  • Caper 2 tbsp;
  • 6 eggs;
  • Salt, pepper to taste;

Cooking:

1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

2. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Immediately start spreading on a beautiful saucer in the shape of mittens. It is not necessary to compact the layers. It would be better if they are quite loose.

On top of the first layer is mayonnaise (cooked at home will be better). If there is no home or no time to cook it, then it is quite suitable and purchased.

3. The next layer will be the sardines slightly mashed with a fork (without fanaticism), you do not need to bring the puree to a state of mashed potatoes. Put sardines on top of potatoes.

4. Peel pickled cucumbers and grate. This will be the third layer.

6. Put capers on top of carrots.

7. As you noticed, mayonnaise is almost never used. Therefore, to moisturize, we will resort to this method: add mashed garlic (salt, pepper) to the liquid that was poured from the sardines. We pour salad with this sauce. I think 3 tablespoons will be enough (at your discretion).

8. Chop the onion finely. Sprinkle on top (optional).

9. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grease this layer with mayonnaise.

10. Separate the yolks from the boiled eggs. Squirrels with yolks separately grate on a fine grater and put the final layer. Squirrels will be in the role of the edge of the New Year's mittens.

11. Decorate with mayonnaise and strips of carrots (you can fantasize about patterns).

12. Refrigerate for 2 hours (better even more).

Salad with crab sticks "Santa Claus"

I present to you a very simple recipe, both in cooking and in ingredients. I think that all the necessary products can be found in every refrigerator.

What is needed:

  • Raw carrots - 1 pc;
  • Cheese - 100 gr;
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr;
  • Boiled rice - 1.5 cups;
  • Dill;
  • Red bulgarian;
  • Peas, paprika, salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Peel the carrots. Rub it with the smallest grater.

2. Eggs are also rubbed on a fine grater, except for protein from one egg. We will need it for decoration.

3. Separate the red part of the crab sticks. She will serve for a coat of Santa Claus.

4. Finely chop the white part of the crab sticks with a knife.

5. Dill finely chop. And mix all the ingredients (carrots, cheese, eggs, crab sticks, 1 glass of rice, dill and mayonnaise).

6. A crucial moment. We put dill greens on a plate and proceed to the assembly of Santa Claus.

7. Create a figure and start dressing it. We make a fur coat and a hat from the red side of the crab sticks, which we cut off.

8. From the red Bulgarian cut out the mouth, mittens and nose.

9. Peppers will serve as eyes.

10. Using the remaining rice we will build fur for a fur coat.

11. We make a beard from protein from one egg.

12. A staff and a box with gifts can be made from cheese.

  New Year's salad "Snow Maiden"

We continue the theme of Santa Claus. Snow Maiden will be a great addition to grandfather. After all, they come to visit together. Also on your table they will look great.

We will need:

  • Potato tubers - 2 pcs;
  • Egg - 3 pcs;
  • Apple (sweet) - 1 pc. (larger);
  • Onion (red) - 1 pc;
  • Dressing mayonnaise;
  • Cheese pigtail suluguni (will be used for braids) - 50 gr;
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr;
  • Red cabbage (for coloring a fur coat);
  • Herring - 1 pc. medium size.

How to cook:

1. Boil eggs and potatoes.

10. Time for decoration. From colored protein we make a hat, a fur coat and mittens. From white - the edges of the fur coat and collar.

11. Peppercorns will serve as eyes. The nose and eyebrows can be made from twigs of greenery.

12. Lips can be made with tomato paste or red bell pepper.

3. Like potatoes, cut potatoes into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Solim.

4. Chop cabbage into small short strips.

5. Raw carrots are rubbed on a grater.

6. With beets we do the same as with carrots.

7. Finely chop the greens (the smaller the better).

8. Pomegranate clean.

9. We lay on a saucer in a circle all the ingredients: potatoes, beets, meat, herbs, carrots and cabbage. Pour pomegranate seeds into the center.

10. Served on the table in this form. And already at the table we mix all the ingredients, seasoning with mayonnaise.
