  2. Sprinkle the vegetable with 1/3 of the prepared sugar, squeeze the juice from half the lemon into a bowl. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the zucchini, along with their juice, in a small saucepan and simmer them for 10 minutes, bringing to a boil. The liquid should evaporate. Zucchini is still raw, but tastes like sweet and sour apples.
  4. For the dough, you need to mix the yolks with sugar, beat the proteins separately with a mixer until white foam. Then combine them, stirring.
  5. Mix crushed oat bran, starch, vanillin, baking powder and milk powder in a separate container and pour into the egg mixture.
  6. Add pieces of zucchini to the dough, knead and pour the liquid into a mold, previously greased with butter.
  7. Bake such a cake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Baked apples in charlotte have a rich composition of vitamins. Diet apple pies can be enjoyed even while on a diet. One has only to use semolina or oatmeal instead of flour, and instead of sugar - its substitute. Eating right is not only healthy, but also delicious.

Novice cooks usually start their acquaintance with baking with charlotte - it is quick and easy to prepare, and it is almost impossible to spoil it. This applies to both an authentic recipe (from bread) and a more familiar one (with flour). My pp charlotte with apples, cottage cheese and oatmeal is a more advanced, healthy, but no less simple and tasty option. And I will tell you how to cook it.

In Soviet times, many considered charlotte to be dietary - no butter was added to the dough, which was not typical for recipes popular in those years. And although its calorie content is indeed lower than, say, shortcrust pastry, the recipe still contains sugar and wheat flour, which do not contribute to either harmony or healthy digestion.

But the recipe for apple charlotte can be adapted to any diet - you just have to show your imagination:
- replace sugar with honey or sweetener, and you will significantly reduce the calorie content of the diet cake
- use oatmeal (oatmeal) instead of wheat flour, and eat pastries without fear for your figure and your health. The composition of cereals, in addition to the mass of useful vitamins and trace elements, includes fiber, which improves digestion and gives a long-lasting feeling of satiety.

Advice: take high-quality flakes for pp charlotte: ideally, whole grains, and not those that are brewed in a plate in a minute. It will be both tastier and healthier!
- try adding cottage cheese to baking. It is a storehouse of proteins, amino acids and vitamins necessary for the smooth functioning of the body. PP charlotte with cottage cheese acquires a more moist texture and a pleasant taste
- apples for pp charlotte are better to choose sour varieties - they better retain their shape and taste when baking. However, you can experiment and make a similar one with quince, bananas, apricots. It is only important that the filling is not too wet, otherwise the cake will not hold its shape.

Ingredients

  • oatmeal (or oatmeal) - 55 gr.,
  • large apple - 1 pc.,
  • cottage cheese in a briquette 5% - 200 gr.,
  • eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp,
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp (or cinnamon)
  • honey - 2 tbsp. (or sugar substitute)

Cooking

- Grind with a blender into flour and mix with baking powder and vanilla sugar (cinnamon)
- Peel the apple and cut into cubes
- beat the eggs until thick foam, add honey, oatmeal, cottage cheese, apples. Gently mix

- put the resulting mass into a silicone mold and bake in the oven (at 180 ° C) for 30-40 minutes

Remove the finished charlotte from the oven and let cool slightly. If desired, the top of the cake can be decorated with fresh berries / fruits or lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar

Charlotte with apples will be an excellent nutritious breakfast or a healthy snack. A slice of diet pie will be especially useful before a workout. Thanks to the recipe, pp charlotte will saturate the body not only with energy, but also with protein - a real benefit!
