But due to the fact that the industry does not stand still, over time, substitute products were created, which tasted like the original counterparts.

Thus, the salad became available to people who represented different strata of the population.

But the real "Crab salad" is prepared on the basis of sea crustacean meat. And all the other recipes are interpretations on the theme of a famous dish.

Choice of products for salad

The satiety of a dish depends primarily on the main component. Therefore, it is necessary to approach his choice with all responsibility. If we talk about "Crab salad", then we will talk about crustacean meat. As we have already found out, the ability to purchase it, especially in such an amount that is necessary for a salad, is not possible for many.

The usual crab sticks will come to replace everyone.

It is important to understand here that the name of the product does not mean that it contains crab meat, even in small quantities.

The product is made from white fish, or rather its ground fillet, with the addition of fish protein called "surimi". Also, some manufacturers add soy in small quantities. Dish with beef and corn

A hearty and delicious salad with cabbage, meat and corn will be appreciated even by men who generally do not like salads very much. Women will love the light sweetness that corn gives the salad.

Products required for cooking:

  • two or three hundred grams of beef meat, it is best to use veal;
  • half a can of sweet corn;
  • half a head of medium-sized blue cabbage;
  • one onion;
  • homemade mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • a small bunch of greens, dill is best.

Let's start preparing the salad.

First you need to boil the beef, cut it into small pieces across the fibers.

Drain the water from the corn.

Finely chop the cabbage and wrinkle it with our hands a little so that it starts up the juice.

Cut the onion into half rings and scald with boiling water to get rid of the characteristic bitter aftertaste.

Wash the dill, dry it and chop finely.

The cooking time will not take more than 40 minutes, provided that the rice is already boiled.

At the exit, the weight of the salad will be 970 grams.

The cooking process for this dish is the same as for cooking without rice. All ingredients are finely chopped and mixed. The only difference is that in this recipe you need to add boiled rice. It is important that it is properly cooked and does not stick together. Otherwise, instead of salad, you can get crab porridge. Serve the dish in salad bowls, but you can also use culinary rings.
