Cottage cheese-apple

Another option with cottage cheese ... As they say - more good and different recipes!

I can’t say anything about the calorie content this time, but judging by the composition, you don’t have to worry about the figure.

Have to take

  • 500 g fat-free cottage cheese
  • a couple of apples
  • two eggs (keep one yolk and two whites)
  • 160 g low fat milk
  • 25 g of flaxseed flour (or Fitparad porridge)
  • sweetener
  • soda
  • cinnamon

Peel the apples and cut them into small slices.

Mix cottage cheese with yolk and proteins, gradually add milk there (not all, leave about a third), stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Now we put soda and sahzam into the mass, again bring our mixture to a homogeneous consistency.

Put in a mold and decorate with apples.

We send it to the preheated oven for half an hour.

With oatmeal and kefir

This recipe is flour-free , estimated at 100 kcal per 100 g

For baking you need

  • 2 cups fine oatmeal
  • a glass of kefir with zero fat
  • 3 eggs (yolk + 3 whites)
  • 5 pieces of sweet apples
  • teaspoon of baking soda
  • sweetener

Peel and cut the fruit into slices.

Beat the kefir and eggs, mix the mixture with flakes, soda and sahzam. Let it stand for a while so that the flakes swell.

Pour into a mold, put apples on top.

In a preheated oven until fully cooked, the pie costs about 40 minutes.

In a multicooker

100 g serving - 124 kcal

Everything is very simple here too, quick and easy.

First, prepare the ingredients

A glass of rye flour (or oatmeal)

  • 5 eggs (2 whole and 3 squirrels will be used)
  • 5 packets of fitparad sweetener (you can choose your own version of the sweetener)
  • 3 apples
  • one pack of baking powder

The eggs are beaten with sugar (or an alternative), then the whites are added there and the beating process continues.

Now we knead everything - pour flour into the mixture (it is better to sift it first and mix it with baking powder). If you are using flakes instead, let them sit for 5-10 minutes after mixing.

While they are infused, you can make the filling. The apples are cut into cubes or oblong slices, the seeds are removed.

Sprinkle them with cinnamon and put them in a slow cooker. Pour the dough on top and set the "baking" mode. The baking process takes about 60 minutes.

What to remember:

There are no difficulties, as you can see. And the basic rules are as follows:

  • Minimum products, do not overload your dessert with ingredients.
  • Replace harmful ingredients with useful ones, in particular, reduce sugar to a minimum.
  • Choose low-fat dairy products.
