How to stew cod with vegetables in a tomato marinade:

For the dish, I took a chilled and gutted cod carcass. You can take any other fish, but so that there are fewer bones. Still, they spoil the pleasure of eating fish. We wash the cod, cut into steaks.

We clean the onion with carrots, cut into circles.

We spread some of the vegetables on the bottom of the multicooker. And lay the fish steaks on the vegetable pillow.

In a deep bowl, mix the tomato paste with soy sauce. We add water.

We spread the rest of the vegetables, pour the marinade. Add a few black peppercorns and three bay leaves.

  • Cod - 500 g
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Lemon - ½ pc.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Provence herbs - 2 tsp
  • Dry dill - 2 tsp
  • Dry garlic - 2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil

Cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters. Salt, pepper and mix with dry garlic and dill.
