This pastry turns out airy and crispy, and the sweet filling successfully complements the taste of this delicacy. It will be easy to prepare puff pastries with condensed milk. To do this you will need the following ingredients:

ready puff pastry – 0.25 kg;

chicken egg – 1 pc.;

boiled condensed milk – 1 can;

walnuts – 0.5 tbsp.

How to make a configuration for puff pastry tubes

1. So, if you are the blissful owner of straw baking cones, then you are very lucky. I don’t have such cones, so I had to “reinvent the wheel”) To make homemade cones, I took cardboard (an ordinary folder “For papers”), cut out 6 circles with a diameter of 20 cm from it.

2. In any circle, I cut a radius and rolled it into a cone, securing the independent edges with a stapler.

3. Then I wrapped each piece in baking foil.

At this point, in principle, the preparatory stage is completed.

4. Thaw the finished puff pastry at room temperature. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and roll out the dough into a thin layer.

5. Cut the resulting layer lengthwise into 6 strips.

6. We wind any strip in a spiral onto a cone made of foil and paper.

7. Break an egg into a bowl

and beat lightly with a fork or whisk.

8. Grease our tube blanks with egg and place them in a preheated room at 200-210 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

9. In the meantime, remove the shells from the nuts

and mix with boiled condensed milk.

11. Carefully remove the cones from the tubes and fill them with condensed milk and nuts. You should not pack the filling too tightly, as the tubes may turn out too cloying.

Now all the puff pastry tubes with filling are ready, you can drink your tea!

How to make a mold for tubes from puff pastry

1. So, if you are the proud owner of tube baking cones, then you are very lucky. I don’t have such cones, so I had to “reinvent the wheel”) To make homemade cones, I took cardboard (an ordinary folder “For papers”), cut out 6 circles with a diameter of 20 cm from it.

2. I cut a radius in each circle and rolled it into a cone, securing the free edges with a stapler.

3. Then I wrapped each piece in baking foil.

At this point, in principle, the preparatory stage is completed.

4. Thaw the finished puff pastry at room temperature. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Also, to prepare the tubes we will need ordinary cardboard, a stapler and food foil.
This is what my tubes of puff pastry dough filled with boiled condensed milk look like:

The preparation method is very simple and consists of the following steps:
1. Take the dough out of the package and leave it to defrost at room temperature. While the dough is defrosting, we are preparing the molds for the tubes. We take cardboard (I had A5 cardboard, I took it from my daughter) and cut it into rectangles approximately A6 size. We roll the cardboard into tubes and fasten them with a stapler. Don’t worry, the paper clips won’t get into the tubes, since there will be foil on top. I got 8 of these cones, just enough for all the dough.

2. Wrap each cardboard cone in food foil.

3. While I was busy preparing the cones, the dough had already defrosted. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into strips approximately 2-3 cm wide.

4. Now take a strip of dough and wrap it around a cone made of foil and cardboard. I used about 2 strips of dough per cone.

5. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet (in principle, you can do without it) and grease it with sunflower oil on top. Place the tubes on cones on parchment.

6. Beat the egg with a fork; if you want the crust on the tubes to be more ruddy, then take only the yolk of the egg.

7. Brush the top of each tube with beaten egg.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the straws into it.

9. Bake the tubes at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, then remove the tubes from the oven and let them cool completely at room temperature.

10. While the tubes are cooling, we are preparing the filling; to do this, put boiled condensed milk (I had regular milk, and I pre-cooked it) and softened butter into a container.

11. Beat the cream with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

12. When the tubes have cooled completely, take out cardboard cones from them. I pulled the cones out while the tubes were still warm, so they flattened a little.

13. We fill the tubes with condensed milk cream and sprinkle powdered sugar on top, but you can do it without powder, the tubes turn out quite sweet anyway.

Now all the puff pastries filled with condensed milk are ready, you can brew your favorite tea or coffee and serve it on the table, I’m sure your loved ones will not remain indifferent. At least everyone in our family was delighted.

Bon appetit!
I hope my recipe will be useful to someone and you will also be pampered with this incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare delicacy.

I wish you all culinary inspiration and success in cooking!
The cooking time is indicated completely from start to finish, but in fact, while the tubes are baking in the oven, you can be free and go about your business.

This is everyone's favorite cake from childhood. Making puff pastry rolls with cream at home is very easy if you buy ready-made puff pastry and have metal cones on hand for baking them. If there are no blank cones, you can quickly make them from cardboard and foil. Tender, crispy, golden brown puff pastry tubes with delicious cream are a good reason to get together with friends over a cup of tea!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (500 g) frozen puff pastry dough (preferably in roll form),
150 g butter,
1 can of boiled condensed milk,
powdered sugar for sprinkling

PREPARATION:
1. Thaw the dough according to the instructions on the package.
2. Take metal cones-blanks. If there are none, then you can easily make them yourself from cardboard and foil: roll a bag from a sheet of cardboard or ordinary office paper, cut off the sharp part and secure the paper with a stapler. On the other side, cut the thick part of the bag to the desired length, and then wrap the resulting paper cone with aluminum foil. The workpiece is ready. I got 14 tubes from this amount of dough.
3. Roll out the defrosted dough layer a little and cut lengthwise into 13-14 strips 1.5 cm wide.
4. Wrap long strips of dough around our cones and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Try to leave a small edge of the workpiece cone on top so that you can carefully pull it out. Otherwise, the top of the tube may break when trying to remove the workpiece.
5. Grease the dough tubes with water and leave for 20 minutes for the dough to work.
6. Then place the baking sheet with the tubes in the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees, for 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Next, remove the tubes from the oven, carefully remove the metal cones and place the tubes on a wire rack to cool.
8. In the meantime, you need to prepare the cream. For this:
- beat the pre-softened butter with a mixer until fluffy and white
- Add boiled condensed milk to the butter and beat again until smooth.
The cream is ready.
9. Using a pastry syringe or bag, fill the cooled tubes with cream.
10. Sprinkle the puff pastry tubes with condensed milk cream on top with powdered sugar and put in the refrigerator to cool for an hour.

Serve with tea.
Bon appetit!

Puff pastry tubes with cream... It's like going back to childhood... Memories keep popping up in my memory, how always after kindergarten my mother and I went to the store and bought this cake, for some reason I preferred it, I even remember how much it cost - 22 kopecks! Oh, such nostalgia for those carefree times when the trees were so big, the world was so positive... and no worries about extra pounds. Tender, layered, rosy puff pastry tubes with delicious cream are a good reason to get together with friends over a cup of tea and remember a happy childhood. And for some reason I remember from childhood a recipe for bagels filled with various jams, which my mother loved to cook on Saturdays.

Cooking time: about 1 hour.

Ingredients for 18 pieces

  • yeast-free puff pastry – 500 g
  • yolk – 1 piece
  • vegetable oil – ½ teaspoon

for cream:

  • boiled condensed milk – 150 g
  • butter – 150 g

Also:

  • tubes (metal cones)

Recipe for making puff pastries with cream

  1. Defrost the yeast-free puff pastry. To prepare the tubes, it is better to take the dough in a layer of the greatest length. Cut the dough into long strips 1 centimeter wide. Puff pastry must be cut with a sharp knife.

  2. Lightly grease the tubes, or metal cones as they are called, with vegetable oil. If you do not have such tubes, then you can make them, as an alternative, from baking paper folded in several layers and rolled into a cone.
  3. Wind the cut strips of puff pastry into a spiral onto the tube, starting from the narrow end and stepping back a little from the top, heading towards the wide one. You will get about 5-6 turns.

  4. Lightly beat the yolk with a fork and use a silicone brush to brush the surface of the dough rolled onto the tube. Place the tubes of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, which is lightly sprinkled with cold water.

  5. Bake the rolls of rolled dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the dough is browned, about 15-20 minutes, everything will depend on the performance of your oven.

  6. Remove the baked puff pastries from the oven, remove from the metal cones (they are very easy to remove), and let cool completely.

  7. This is the puff tube inside.

  8. While the puff pastry tubes are cooling, prepare the cream for the tubes. Place boiled condensed milk in a deep cup and add butter. Beat condensed milk with butter using a mixer until cream forms.

  9. Place the prepared cream into a pastry bag with a wide tip or into a pastry syringe, and fill the well-cooled puff pastry tubes with the cream. Place the puff pastry tubes with cream on a plate and place in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes.
  10. Some tips.
