Turn off the mixer and remove the bowl. Sift the prepared mixture into the beaten eggs flour with cinnamon and baking powder. Carefully from bottom to top stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth. Make sure that there are no lumps of flour left in the dough.

Advice: Very often when baking it turns out that there is much more dough than can be placed in the existing form. Then these same muffin tins will help you out. Fill the main pan 3/4 full and use the leftovers to bake muffins. I know from experience that if you knead the charlotte dough from double the amount of ingredients specified in the recipe, you can bake a large charlotte in a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm and 6 muffins. Everything you see in the photo I baked exactly this way.

Bake the charlotte in a preheated oven at t 180° C 40 minutes until golden brown.
Advice: Never open the oven door while baking, as the cake may settle. If you see that the top of the pie has begun to burn and the time is not up yet, reduce the temperature.
Remember also that everyone’s oven is different and often differs in temperature. One bakes well at 180°, while the other needs to be set at 200° - study your oven and charlotte is ideal for this.

Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick or wooden skewer - pierce the pie in several places, if there is no raw dough on the toothpick, then the pie is ready.

Remove the finished charlotte from the oven, cool completely and remove from the mold.
