Everyone knew that every day he walked through the city with a bouquet of flowers. Everyone knew that he gave a rose to every girl he met. Everyone knew where his little journey ended. - Hello. Are you as usual? Coffee looked over his glasses at the entering Chocolate, who had already waved to the girls he knew and sat down at the bar counter. - Is there anything interesting? Chocolate put his hat next to him and looked at the devil to whom he wanted to sell his soul. But the owner of the coffee shop chuckled and put down the cup he had been wiping before. - Yes, wait a little. A new recipe from the Light Kingdom, you might like it. Chocolate suppressed the desire to turn around at the girls' mischievous giggles - they would soon leave. The man took off his poncho, remaining in his usual unbuttoned shirt. “Again I didn’t bring him flowers. Again I decided that he would not accept them.” - There is work? - Chocolate straightened his hair and settled more comfortably in his chair. The conversation, as usual, promised to be long. “No,” the fussy Coffee shook his head. - Tea and Milk went on a single mission, and it seemed to be about low-level fallen ones. - How are they? Chocolate stretched out into a smile. It was he who noticed how Tea looked at Milk and explained to Coffee what was happening with Milk. And then he was very surprised that his friend did not notice anything, although he spent more time with Milk than with anyone else. “And survived.” It was because of the Coffee Master's past that the man was afraid to hand him a bouquet. “They take this as a vacation, so they won’t be around for a few more days,” Coffee turned with his drink. - Here you go, white chocolate latte. - Hm? White? He passed the coffee over the cup with his hand, and small curls in the form of flowers appeared on the white foam from the rising drink. Chocolate flashed his blue eyes from under his brows, but received only a malicious look from the same eyes. “You are a real devil - you take advantage of my weaknesses,” the man sighed doomedly and took the cup in his hands to take a few sips in the next second. “It’s not my fault that you have a sweet tooth,” the owner of the coffee shop shrugged. - And what do you think? “I dug my own grave by coming here almost every day.” - Unusual. Delicious,” Chocolate lowered his eyes to the almost destroyed drawing. - Very gentle, different from usual coffee. “Yes, I thought the same thing when I first tried it,” the barista blew off an unruly lock of hair and wiped the splashed table. - No matter how much I like more bitter varieties, I like this gentle sweetness. - I thought you sold it for such skill in handling a coffee machine. Chocolate took another sip of coffee as the barista snorted. He liked this kind of coffee, the caramel taste and creamy texture of the chocolate pleasantly coated his tongue, and the bitter aftertaste of the coffee irritated his palate a little. - Where is Tiramisu? - Coffee nodded to the leaving girls, who never achieved Chocolate’s attention. - Don't know. They rushed off with Olivia and the other Master,” Chocolate casually waved his hand. - Well, the one who left empty. Do you need something from her? “I need help with desserts,” Coffee sighed resignedly and sat down next to Chocolate at the counter. “Ask Pashtel,” said Chocolate indifferently, blowing a lock of hair from his eyes. “I don’t want to see Napoleon in the coffee shop,” Coffee grimaced and, folding his arms over his chest, leaned back in his chair. When the door opened, ringing the bell, the men turned around. - Excuse me, this is... Satan's coffee shop, where they take on various tasks? Chocolate and Coffee grinned - there was work to be done. - Take a seat. Should I bring you the Devil's signature drink? Chocolate looked out the window, behind which people were walking, unaware that he simply could not watch this devil in the flesh when he was preparing coffee for someone other than him. - You are sure? I could do it myself,” Coffee adjusted his glasses on his nose as soon as the door closed behind the man who gave them the new task. “I’m sure,” Chocolate nodded and stood up to collect his few belongings. - You said yourself that you don’t have time to clean up the warehouse. This will be your vacation. “This is not the kind of vacation I dream of,” Coffee snapped and looked softly at his friend. - Try not to get hurt. “Of course,” Chocolate left without looking back and only waved his hat goodbye. Coffee sighed - he really should have cleaned up the warehouse, because a new batch of chocolate should be arriving soon.

It took a lot of effort for Chocolate to buy a bouquet and bring it to the coffee shop without losing a single rose. He ducked into the alley where the service entrance to the coffee shop was, because girls were sitting in the main room, waiting for the man and his attention. He didn't have time to put himself in order. A blush played on his dark cheeks, his hair became rumpled under his hat. Judging by the surprised look when the door opened, Coffee was not expecting him. “You’re late,” he chuckled and let the man into the building. - Come in. - This... Chocolate stopped short and, absurdly holding a bouquet of roses in front of him, entered the corridor. “This is for you,” Chocolate said on an exhale, turning to his lover. - I know. When Milk and Tea came in, they saw a wonderful picture: Coffee was pressing Chocolate against the wall, putting his leg between his. Several bright red petals from the bouquet were tangled in the blond's hair, which Chocolate tried to hold while hugging Coffee's neck during a passionate kiss. “At least do it in your room,” Tea snorted and let her girlfriend go first. - Even I don’t allow myself that. “And the cafe was left unattended again,” Moloko sighed sadly, but smiled and continued. - But at least Coffee won’t cry to me that they don’t pay attention to him.

Good afternoon, our dear subscribers and readers!

It's been a long time since we've had recipes for making delicious drinks on our blog. And even your favorite coffee.

Cooking something unusual latte with chocolate. This is a real pleasure of taste!

How to make a chocolate latte at home

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Natural coffee beans – 2 tbsp (you can take more or less, depending on your preferences)
  • Cold drinking water – 300 ml
  • Milk – 0.5 l
  • Chocolate milk callets – a handful
  • You can add your favorite spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom.....)

Output of the finished drink: 2 servings

Recipe difficulty level: It couldn't be simpler!

My cooking method:

1. Grind coffee beans in a coffee grinder

2. Brew coffee in a geyser coffee maker until ready. You can prepare ground coffee in a French press by pouring hot water over it and leaving it covered for 5 minutes.

3. While the coffee is brewing, we bring the milk to a boil

4. Add callets (or chopped chocolate) to the milk.

6. Beat with a foaming agent, or preferably a blender with a whisk attachment, until a strong foam and remove from heat.

7. Pour the finished coffee into tall latte glasses to ½ capacity

8. Add milk foam to each glass

9. And lastly, very carefully, pour in the milk in a thin stream.

Latte is a coffee drink beloved by many, to which, to add new flavors, you can add various syrups and their mixtures (nut, caramel, berry, vanilla, chocolate), everything except citrus and other additives, including alcoholic rum or amaretto. Those with a sweet tooth will surely enjoy a latte with added chocolate.

Lattes should be served in Irish glasses - special glass vessels for hot drinks. As a rule, they are on a low leg and have a handle on the side, also made of glass. For home use, you can use regular tall glasses, not forgetting to insert a straw.

You will need: 30 ml espresso, 15 g chocolate syrup, 125 ml milk.

  1. Pour syrup into the bottom of the glass.
  2. Prepare the espresso, add it to the mug, and mix everything carefully.
  3. Whip the milk into foam using a cappuccino maker or other methods, pour it into a mug, and spread the foam.
  4. You can decorate the top with chocolate chips.

This recipe does not require adherence to the technology for preparing a layered coffee drink; all components are mixed.

Note: if the foam is too light when preparing espresso, then the grind is too coarse; if it is very dark, then the grind is too fine or too much. Ideally, the prepared drink should have a reddish tint with veins.

Recipe 2. With chocolate

You will need: 70 ml of water, 25 g of chocolate, 150 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, freshly prepared espresso (11 g of Arabica per 150 ml of water), cane sugar to taste.

  1. Melt the chocolate and pour it into the bottom of the mug.
  2. Pour freshly brewed espresso into a mug.
  3. Heat the milk, beat with powdered sugar.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the drink and add cane sugar to taste.

Little tricks: when pouring espresso into the foam, try to let the stream flow down the very edge of the glass, so the milk foam will be right above it.

Recipe 3. With cognac

You will need: milk 100 ml, cognac 50 ml, natural ground coffee, black porous chocolate.

  1. Place chocolate, milk and cognac in a mug or small bowl with sides (50 ml is quite arbitrary, you can take a little more or, on the contrary, less to your liking).
  2. Place the mug or dish in the microwave for just a few seconds to melt the chocolate.
  3. After stirring the ingredients, the remaining chocolate lumps will dissolve into the hot mixture.
  4. Pour the finished mixture into a tall glass.
  5. Then whip milk with foam, carefully so as not to mix the layers.
  6. Brew coffee and pour it into the glass, also carefully, trying not to spoil the foam.
  7. You can decorate the top of the drink with ground cinnamon. This will not only give a pleasant smell, but also add taste.

Note: the calorie content of a coffee drink directly depends on its components. A classic latte contains 160-175 kcal. If you are on a diet, keep in mind that its nutritional value increases with syrup or chocolate.

Recipe 4. White chocolate latte

You will need: 80 ml of water, 175 ml of milk, a little more than half of 1 tablespoon of ground coffee, 30 g of white chocolate.

  1. Pour coffee into a French press and fill it with hot water. Let it brew for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Heat the milk over medium heat, bring to a boil and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir for about 2 minutes until it melts. Then beat until foam appears and remove from heat.
  3. Pour freshly brewed espresso into glasses, add the prepared mixture, and spread the foam on top.

If the layers are not mixed during the latte preparation process, you will get a real layered coffee cocktail. With the right frothed milk consistency and espresso temperature, the layers will separate clearly, which is the first sign of the quality of the drink. If you lack experience, you can use a regular spoon to separate the layers.

Coffee latte gained its popularity a long time ago. This incredibly delicious drink contains a lot of milk. By the way, don’t think that coffee with milk is a latte. Today we invite you to make a chocolate latte with cognac with us. Look,

To prepare this latte, you and I will need the following ingredients: - natural ground coffee; — milk — 100 g; - black porous chocolate; - cognac - 50 g.

Let's start preparing the latte by preparing the chocolate. To do this, we need to place it in a small bowl with sides. This could be a mug that can then be put in the microwave.

Next add milk to the chocolate.

Add 50 grams of cognac there. You can add more or less to suit your taste.

Then put the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds to melt.

Since not all microwave ovens have regulators, it is better to monitor the heating process. Take the plate out of the microwave.

The remaining pieces of chocolate can be safely stirred with a fork in hot milk and cognac.

Next, we pour the finished chocolate mixture into an Irish glass. Such glasses are often made of glass, which retains heat for a long time.

Then we need to froth the milk. Pour it into a glass.

If you have a coffee machine, you can whip it up using a cappuccino maker; if not, whip up the milk using a blender.

Milk foam should form. If the milk is not whipped until foam appears, the latte will not turn out flaky in appearance.

Then pour the frothed milk into an Irish glass that already contains chocolate.

Next, we brew coffee, in our case we brew it in a coffee machine, you can also safely brew it in a Turkish coffee pot. The most important thing is that there are no coffee grains in the coffee.

Slowly, without sudden movements, pour the coffee into the same glass. You can sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the milk foam to add an appetizing smell and, of course, taste.

This is what a real latte should look like.

Chocolate, along with coffee, is an integral part of modern culture, and bicherin is the foundation for making cocktails, confectionery and coffee.
