Cooking method:

Boil rice until tender with salt, drain in a colander. Cut the fillet into cubes. Fry 10 minutes in oil. Scald tomatoes, peel, cut into cubes. Grind bell peppers and hot peppers without seeds. Add prepared foods to the chicken, salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, combine with prepared rice. Put the filling on the cakes, sprinkle with cheese, roll up the envelopes. Heat for 5 minutes at 160°C on a rack in the oven.

Burrito with minced meat, spicy chili and beans


Ingredients:

  • tortilla cake - 4 pcs
  • minced pork - 500 gr
  • beans - 200 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 6 pcs
  • salt, pepper, herbs

Cooking method:

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Next, chop the chili pepper with a knife. It is worth cutting it with gloves, so that later you do not accidentally touch your eyes or other mucous membranes. Finely chop the rest of the vegetables as well. As soon as all the vegetables are ready, then we take on the minced meat. You can buy it ready-made, but you can also scroll the meat yourself in a meat grinder.

When the stuffing is ready, put the pan on the fire. As soon as the vegetable oil is hot, then we spread the minced meat first. Then fry it until golden or just dark.

Then add onion, hot chili pepper to it. You need to use the whole pepper, as this dish should be spicy, but at home you can adjust the spiciness.

Then, as soon as the minced meat with vegetables is fried, we need to add tomatoes. We pre-wash them and lower them into boiling water, making several cuts. Remove the skin, send it to the pan. You can add a little water and stew the minced meat for a while.

As soon as the minced meat is ready, we spread it either on a flat cake made of thin dough or on pita bread.

We wrap everything in an envelope, put it on a plate. Decorate with tomatoes, sliced ​​\u200b\u200brings and sprigs of greens.

Filling composition:
