    2. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Peel the onions and carrots, cut into small cubes or cubes (carrots can be grated). Place in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.

    3. Add fried vegetables and bread previously soaked in water or milk to the minced meat. Salt, pepper and add your favorite spices to taste.

    We choose a medium head of cauliflower without dark spots. Remove the leaves at the base and wash it thoroughly.

    Now pour water into the pan and put it on fire. We wait until the water boils, and then salt it and put in the cabbage. Cook for 6-7 minutes, no more - it is very important for us not to overcook it. Then drain the water and wait for the cabbage to cool.

    Grind the minced meat in a meat grinder with onions, add the egg, chopped herbs, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Now we fill the space between the inflorescences with the resulting minced meat. We do this carefully, with our hands, so as not to damage the cabbage.

    Place the stuffed cabbage in a baking dish and carefully coat all sides with mayonnaise. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Then take out the cabbage and sprinkle it with grated cheese, return it to the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

    When our stuffed cabbage has cooled a little, cut it into pieces and decorate with fresh herbs.

    Cauliflower stuffed with minced meat is a recipe that, without a doubt, even gourmets will like.

    Did you think you knew everything about cauliflower? I also had the same opinion. How wrong I was. It turns out that cauliflower can be stuffed easily. Previously, I only had enough to divide it into inflorescences, boil them and fry them in batter. It turns out very tasty. But having once tried such an original dish at an old friend’s, I was simply amazed and pleasantly surprised by the ease of preparation, spectacular appearance and excellent taste of ordinary cabbage.

    But why ordinary? Cauliflower is a real storehouse of various vitamins and nutrients. I ate a cauliflower dish and charged my body with everything it needed, and it is not at all necessary to swallow whole handfuls of vitamin tablets.

    1. Cauliflower 900 g
    2. Pork pulp 300 g
    3. Onions 2 pcs.
    4. Hard cheese 100 g
    5. Egg 1 pc.
    6. Refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
    7. Gentle curry 1 tsp.
    8. Parsley 3 sprigs
    9. Dill 3 sprigs
    10. Salt 1 tbsp. l.

    Peel the onions, rinse in water and finely chop.

    First cut the pork into small pieces to make further cooking easier.

    Now we chop the meat into medium mince. Important! Do not twist in a meat grinder!

    Boil 2.5 liters of water, add 2/3 tablespoons of salt and curry. Then carefully lower the cabbage into the water, let it boil, and cook for 5 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the cabbage from the water and let it cool.

    Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add the yolk to the minced meat, add the remaining salt and pepper to taste.

    Now you need to thoroughly knead and beat the minced meat. Exactly, beat it off. The minced meat is thrown forcefully onto the work surface of the table. So it becomes more tender and softer. Add pre-chopped dill and parsley to the minced meat.

    Cut out the stalk of the cooled cabbage and remove part of the inflorescence stems. We do this very carefully so that the cabbage does not crumble.

    First, we start stuffing the cauliflower with prepared minced meat from the stalk side.

    After stuffing the cabbage, grease the baking paper with vegetable oil.

    Place the cabbage on the prepared paper, stalk side up, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Keep the temperature at 180ºC.

    After 30 minutes, remove the cabbage from the oven and turn it over.

    Then we grease the head of cabbage with the protein we left earlier and generously sprinkle with pre-grated hard cheese. Using a spoon or spatula, try to lightly compact the cheese. This will make the dish even tastier. Place the cauliflower back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, remove the cabbage from the oven. Cauliflower stuffed with chopped meat is ready! What a miracle we have achieved.

    Carefully cut the cabbage into portions and place on a plate. You can serve it with fresh vegetables and herbs as a separate dish.

    The dish is prepared using conventional technology:

    1. First, you need to cut the onion into small pieces, and chop the greens randomly.
    2. First boil the cabbage inflorescences for 15 minutes in salted water, and then mash them into a pulp using a meat grinder or blender.
    3. Collect all the ingredients in a deep bowl, squeeze the garlic into it through a press and knead the minced meat. Flour is added last.

This method is interesting not only in the manner of execution, but also in the set of main ingredients. Not much is needed: 600 grams of minced meat, 1 carrot, 800 grams of cabbage, egg, salt, onion, black pepper, 25 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of cheese, 4 tablespoons of thick mayonnaise and any seasonings.

    The cooking process boils down to the following operations:

    1. First, boil the cabbage until al dente in salted water. This will take 6-7 minutes.
    2. To prepare the filling, first of all you need to fry the chopped onions and carrots. After cooling, they need to be mixed with minced meat, adding the remaining ingredients.
    3. Stuff the head of cabbage with the resulting mixture, carefully pushing the inflorescences apart with your fingers. Treat the surface with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise.

    1. Cut the young cabbage into two halves and place in well-salted boiling water until cool (cover with a lid). If the cabbage is tough, boil it for a few minutes in salted water.

    2. Grate the carrots or cut into thin long strips, cut the tomatoes into slices, and cut the cheese into cubes.

    3. When the water in the pan has cooled, remove the cabbage and squeeze well.
    4. Bend a couple of outer leaves and stick inside a few pieces of tomato, cheese, a little carrot and a sprig of dill and parsley.

    5. Fold back the next few leaves and place the filling in the same way. I ended up with 5 layers in total.

    6. Pour on top or sour cream mixed with salt and pepper (other spices are also possible). Transfer the cabbage to a greased baking sheet.

    Cut the finished cabbage and serve (preferably hot).

    In fact, this dish can be prepared in winter using “old” white cabbage. In this case, it can be cut into smaller pieces and boiled until soft in salted water. To prevent the stuffed pieces of cabbage from falling apart, make a filling of sour cream, grated cheese, turmeric (for color) and a little flour.
