  • 130 g sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

How to make an open berry pie:

We either take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, or soften it in the microwave. Put butter and sugar in the bowl of a food processor or mixer.

Stir with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Add eggs, beat everything together.

Put in baking powder and salt, about a third of the flour. We mix.

Gradually add the remaining flour, working with a mixer all the time. The dough should become like very thick sour cream.

To make a savory frozen blueberry pie you will need:

  • 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • Flour - about 1 tbsp.;
  • Starch (potato) - 1 tsp;

  • Sour cream - 150 g;

Products:

  • 3-4 tbsp. flour;
  • Baking powder pack (about 10 g);
  • 1 egg;
  • 200 g margarine (butter can be used);
  • 100 g sugar;
  • A pinch of baking soda and salt to taste.

In addition to frozen berries for the recipe, you can take any other sweet and sour filling - jam or jam. First of all, turn on the oven at 170-180 ° C, it should warm up well. But the margarine, on the contrary, needs to be cooled, you can even put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Pour the baking powder into the sifted flour (it can also be replaced with mixed citric acid and soda). When the margarine is frozen, cut it into small pieces.
