Ingredients

To prepare pork chops in cheese batter you will need:

300 g pork pulp in one piece;

a little mayonnaise for marinating (optional).

For the batter:

3 raw eggs;

ground salt and pepper - to taste;

3 tbsp. l. grated cheese;

3 cloves of garlic (optional);

3 tbsp. l. starch;
1 tbsp. l. flour;

breadcrumbs.

sunflower oil for frying.

Cooking steps

Cover the meat with a bag or cling film and beat with a hammer. The pounded meat should be VERY thin.

Salt and pepper each piece of meat, grease it with mayonnaise, if desired, and leave to marinate for 2 hours (or overnight) in a cool place.

To prepare cheese batter for pork chops, you need to break the eggs into a convenient bowl, add salt and pepper, add 3 tablespoons of finely grated cheese and chopped garlic with a knife, and beat with a fork.

Pour starch mixed with flour into one plate, and place breadcrumbs into another plate. Heat a frying pan with oil well. First, roll each piece of pork in starch and flour.

Then dip into cheese batter on both sides.

To prepare you will need:

  • Cheese -50 gr.
  • Pork -300 gr.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. I tried it on large, but the crust burned quickly, but on medium it was just right. We hook a piece of meat with a fork and dip it into the batter and hold it suspended a little, letting the excess drip off.

And carefully place the piece on a heated frying pan. Fry the pieces on both sides until cooked.
