So the harvest season has come, perhaps the most beloved by both children and adults in our area, fruits. Soon the apple has saved, and we are starting the culinary apple season.

Today for you, friends (I hope there are no enemies here, although the recipe is very useful for them :)), the most tender, and, as always, the tastiest cornbread with apples . Even for those who are now on a diet, this pastry, with all the desire, will not give extra pounds, unless, of course, you swallow the whole pie at once :)

You can take less apples for a biscuit than my recipe. I preferred the apple-dominated version over the dough, so I increased the amount of fruit to the maximum.

Dessert is quick and easy to make. The main thing is to start, which we will do!

Cooking corn biscuit with apples

Ingredients:

  • Apples medium - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Corn flour- 1 glass
  • Wheat bran (especially for those who are on a diet) - 1 tbsp.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Cane sugar - 1/3 cup (or liquid honey - 2 tbsp)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp (you can not add, I added)
  • Butter or vegetable peanut butter - a little (for greasing the mold)

My cooking method:

My apples, free from the seed nest. We leave the skin. Cut them into slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken while the biscuit is preparing. Can be mixed with cinnamon if desired

Beat the eggs with sugar or honey until the mass increases by 4-5 times (about 7-10 minutes).

Pour the sifted cornmeal, bran, salt, baking powder, vanilla and beat very quickly until smooth so that there are no lumps

We introduce prepared apples into the dough and quickly, but carefully, mix (literally seconds)

Lubricate the form with a thin film of oil and immediately, after adding the apples, pour the dough into the form

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 190 for 40 - 45 minutes

We take our dessert out of the oven and let it cool down, after which, if desired, lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with curd cream, adding berries to it (I have a favorite raspberry). To do this, beat low-fat cottage cheese, honey (or cane sugar) and any berries until a homogeneous consistency.

If you love cocoa, then you should definitely try the low-calorie chocolate biscuit. Such a dessert can be served even without any creams and impregnations.

  • 4 eggs. Be sure to separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the last to white peaks.
  • 200 grams of flour. You can use different types of flour or mix them if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa. To make the cake truly chocolate and dietary, we will use natural cocoa. If it is still low-calorie, then this will reduce the calorie content of the finished product.
  • We will use stevia, it is ideal for baking.

  • 75 grams of oatmeal. You can take ready-made flour, or you can grind oatmeal.
  • 3 eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the latter with salt until white peaks.

Rice flour has long been firmly established in many recipes. The popularity of this flour is due to the fact that it contains many useful substances, vegetable protein and fiber. In addition, it does not contain gluten, which is very important not only for losing weight. Adding rice flour to pp desserts will make your pastries not only tasty, but also tender and fluffy.

  • 115 grams of rice flour. There are three types of rice flour, but white flour is used in baking, although some recipes allow white flour to be mixed with whole grain rice.
