Cooking a two-layer cottage cheese casserole with cocoa in the oven

Products:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 4 tablespoons flour;
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder;
  • 3 eggs;

Step by step description of the recipe:

After the casserole is ready, you do not need to immediately try to remove it from the mold, it will simply fall apart. The hot curd mass needs to be allowed to cool, then it will become denser, and you can easily cut the casserole into portions - these are such even and beautiful pieces.

Recipe for curd casserole with cocoa in a slow cooker

Casseroles are also prepared in a slow cooker. We offer you a good recipe from cottage cheese, cocoa and semolina.

Products:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • half a glass of semolina;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • 3 large eggs;
  • 1 tsp baking powder for dough;
  • vanillin to taste.

Step by step description of the recipe:

  1. We start cooking by preparing cottage cheese: we combine it with kefir and a blender, break it into a homogeneous mass, or leave it as it is. Then there will be white grains in the casserole.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.

    You can complicate your work and separate the whites from the yolks, then beat separately and combine. It will take extra time, but in the end, the casserole will be more fluffy. For any option, add sugar in small portions.

  3. Add dry semolina to the beaten eggs, mix and pour everything into the curd mixture, add baking powder, vanillin and mix, but not much, so that the proteins do not settle. We divide into two parts.
  4. Pour cocoa into one, leave the other as it is.
  5. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, lay out the white dough, alternating with the dark one. Here you can get creative with how to stack the layers.

    Note that the dough will thicken as you add cocoa.

  6. We bake on the “Baking” automatic mode. A smart slow cooker will determine the time itself, you only need to pick up the finished casserole. This is usually about 45-60 minutes.
