How to make pizza:

  2. Next, prepare the filling. Cut the sausage into thin strips. Divide the tomato, olives with a cucumber into narrow rings. Rub the cheese coarsely.
  3. Now we prepare the sauce: just mix a tablespoon each of mayonnaise and ketchup. Just do not overdo it with the amount, otherwise the dough will be too raw. By the way, it is permissible to replace mayonnaise with some mayonnaise sauce.
  4. Start assembling your pizza. Use a fork to pierce the dough in several places so that it does not swell too much. Lubricate the layer with sauce. Then, stepping back a couple of centimeters from the edge, lay out the sausage strips. They should lie fairly close to each other, about 3-4 millimeters.
  5. Spread circles of tomatoes, olives and cucumbers on top of the sausages. There should not be too many of them, otherwise the juice released will make the pizza too wet.
