  • A teaspoon of sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • A tablespoon of butter and vegetable oil.
  • 200 grams of boiled chicken liver and sausage cheese.
  • ½ teaspoon of soda.
  • 3 canned tomatoes.
  • A pair of boiled chicken eggs.
  • 30 milliliters of mayonnaise.
  • Salt.

First of all, you need to tackle the pancakes. To prepare them, the yolk is separated from the white and combined with a tablespoon of butter. Lightly beat all this with a whisk and add sugar, kefir, soda, and sifted flour to the resulting mass. Pour a spoonful of vegetable oil and pre-cooled whipped egg whites into the resulting dough. Mix everything carefully and start frying the pancakes.

The first of them is smeared with mayonnaise combined with chopped liver. Place chopped tomatoes on the second, grated cheese on the third, and boiled eggs on the fourth. The formed pancake snack cake is placed in a heat-resistant form. Sprinkle it with grated cheese on top and put it all in the oven. Bake the dish at standard temperature for about twenty minutes. It is served both cold and hot.

To do this, you will need simple and inexpensive products, the purchase of which will have virtually no impact on the family budget.   • A pair of chicken eggs.
  • ½ cup each of sugar and vegetable oil.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A couple of glasses of whole cow's milk.

All this is needed to knead the pancake dough. To make the filling, you need to additionally prepare:

  • 200 grams of crab sticks.
  • Large onion.
  • 60 grams of hard cheese.
  • 70 milliliters 20% cream.

The process should begin by preparing the dough. To do this, combine raw chicken eggs and sugar in one bowl. Beat everything intensively with a mixer until white foam appears. Milk and vegetable oil are gradually poured there, not forgetting to work with a whisk. Sifted flour is poured into the resulting liquid. The finished dough is poured in small portions into a hot frying pan and thin pancakes are fried.

To prepare the filling, sauté chopped onions in a small amount of butter and add chopped crab sticks to it. All this is fried for a couple more minutes, poured with cream and evaporated to the desired thickness. Grated cheese is poured into the almost finished and slightly cooled filling. Lubricate all available pancakes with the resulting mass and stack them on top of each other. The almost finished product is covered with some flat and not too heavy object and left for half an hour. After thirty minutes, the soaked pancake snack cake is brushed with natural sour cream and decorated with chopped herbs.

I have already talked about pancake cakes in general in the recipe for chocolate pancake cake. Actually, it was from him that I began regularly preparing such dishes.
Not very frequent, but periodic. When, for example, I’m already tired of regular pancakes, or I bake them twice as much as needed (this is what happens most often, well, I can’t save on food), this is where another pancake cake recipe appears on the scene. More often sweet.
Why another recipe? So I cook them from whatever comes to hand, in fact. These dishes are utilitarian, as they say. Therefore, I don’t buy any products specifically for them, or make any special preparations.

Here is a snack pancake cake. With mushroom filling. Prepared from exactly what was in the refrigerator. At best, from what you can buy in a nearby store.
Why did this particular recipe appear? All from mother's laziness. I was too lazy to prepare liver cake (to be honest, I just forgot to buy liver), and such a snack for the holiday table was already planned.

In fact, everything is the same, only from the most ordinary pancakes. But with mushroom filling, like in the liver one.
I must say, the guests decided that this was how it was intended, and the pancake snack cake received universal approval and a start in life. I've been doing it ever since.

Pancake snack cake recipe

First, let's work on the base of the cake - pancakes. I have regular pancakes, made with milk, I’ve already demonstrated them before, I haven’t changed the recipe. I just increased the salt, I don’t like sweet mushrooms.
I prefer it when everything is in one place and on one sheet, so as not to run through links and read “there” how to cook pancakes, so I duplicate the option of making pancakes with milk for a pancake cake.

First you need to decide on the container for the pancake dough. My constant taper has served faithfully for these purposes for many years. Heat the milk for pancakes until warm, I do this in a microwave oven.

It is best to take chicken eggs of the selected category or increase them to seven pieces. Beat the eggs into a separate mixing bowl

Beat everything with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.

Add beaten eggs to warm milk.

Add wheat flour.

Bake pancakes in the traditional way, it is better if you do it in a special pancake frying pan with a thick bottom and low sides,

in a lightly greased frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides.

Let's start preparing the mushroom filling for the pancake snack cake.

Wash and peel mushrooms if necessary. They should be cut as finely as possible, this will only make the cake tastier.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Chop the greens, in my case it’s a bunch of parsley.

Fry the onion in a hot frying pan with oil.

Fry until golden brown as usual.

Now you need to add the prepared champignons to the onions.

Do not cover the mushrooms with a lid; as soon as the water from the mushrooms has evaporated by half, add sour cream.

Pancakes, pancakes, nalistniki – everyone loves these dishes. They are not at all difficult to prepare, and they turn out quite tasty. Plus, when spring rolls turn into a snack cake, no one can refuse such a pleasure! This dish is dedicated to real gourmets... You can fry pancakes according to your favorite recipe, or you can use the one below.

For pancakes we use:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 0.5 l
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp. spoons (2 – for the dough, 2 – for the filling)
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Salt - on the tip of a knife
  • Vegetable oil for frying

First, prepare the pancakes:

First of all, prepare pancakes: to do this, mix milk, eggs, sugar, flour in a mixer. Mix all ingredients well to avoid the formation of lumps. If your dough turns out like liquid sour cream, then the pancakes will be thin. Now let's start frying them in vegetable oil. When we're done baking the pancakes, let's start preparing the filling. We will have four of them.

For the filling we'll take:

  • Crab sticks – 1 large package
  • Eggs – 5 pieces
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Boiled sausage – 250 g

Boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Peel the sausage and use a coarse grater (three in a separate bowl).

Now it’s the turn of the crab sticks: we also grate them in a separate bowl.
