  • Raw champignons - 150 g
  • Orange - 1 pc.
  • Green peas - 2 tbsp. spoons

  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Orange juice - from ½ large fruit
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - ½ teaspoon

We carefully peel the orange and cut into slices. It is important to cut off the whole skin!
