How do you cook waffles in a frying pan?
Before making waffles, remove all necessary ingredients from the refrigerator and wait for them to come to room temperature. This way they will mix better and the dough will be homogeneous.
In a deep bowl, beat the sugar with a mixer. Add butter and beat the mixture again. Then add flour, mix thoroughly.
If the list of ingredients includes cocoa, honey or nuts, then add them too. Pour in 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, stir in vanillin (if included in the recipe) and baking powder.
The consistency of the dough should be similar to kefir.
Grease the waffle iron plates with a small amount of sunflower oil and heat the device well. A light indicator will indicate that it is ready for use. It will light up green.
If you have a Soviet waffle iron, then you will have to check the degree of heating yourself. Just drop some sunflower oil on the lid. If it sizzles, it means the waffle iron has warmed up well.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of batter into the waffle iron. When you close the lid, the batter will be evenly distributed over the surface of the plate, and the waffle will be really crispy and thin.
Close the lid tightly and bake the waffle until done. When the dough is baked, the green light will go off. If there is no indicator, use the time as a guide. On average, a waffle bakes for 2–3 minutes.
If you don't have a waffle iron, make thin waffles in a frying pan or in the oven. The taste will not suffer from this. But the waffles may turn out thick and are unlikely to crisp.
Grease a pancake pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and heat it well. Pour a spoonful of dough and carefully spread it over the entire surface.
Fry the waffle for 15–20 seconds on each side.
Here the waffles take a little longer to cook. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and draw circles on it for convenience. Pour a tablespoon of dough into each circle and smooth with a spatula. Bake waffles in an oven preheated to 200°C for 5 minutes.
Roll up once the waffles are baked. They easily take any shape while they are hot. Cooled waffles crumble and break.
You can twist the tubes by hand.
Or using any stick with a finger diameter.
Using a mixer, beat the whites into a strong foam, add powdered sugar, lemon juice and coconut flakes. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Cool the cream before adding to the tubes.
Add butter to the condensed milk and mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and without lumps. If desired, you can add nuts and cognac.
Bring the cream to a low simmer over low heat, add the cream broken into pieces and wait until completely dissolved. Place the finished ganache in the refrigerator for an hour. After an hour, remove the cream from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.
Using a mixer, beat the softened butter until white. Add sugar and beat again. While still working with the mixer, add a spoonful of condensed milk and cognac. Pass the curd through a sieve to remove any lumps. Gradually add it to the oil mixture. Beat the cream with a mixer until smooth.
Wash and dry. Cover it with sugar and leave for 20–25 minutes. Beat washed and peeled bananas and kiwis with a mixer. Add raspberries to the resulting mass, pour in the resulting juice. Beat the mass. Fill the tubes with the resulting filling. You can decorate the top with whole berries and pieces of fruit.
You don’t have to fill the tubes, but simply sprinkle them with powdered sugar, pour them over with chocolate, honey or topping, and add nuts, fruits and berries.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom, fry the flour until golden brown, add butter and sugar. Keep the mixture on low heat until the sugar dissolves and turns golden brown. Pour milk in a thin stream and mix thoroughly. Also, over low heat, bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency without lumps.
Quick waffle rolls in a frying pan - this is a recipe from my cookbook, which I often resorted to in the absence of a waffle iron. These waffle rolls always turn out very tasty, have a delicate creamy taste, and are also quick and easy to prepare.
1. Take butter or creamy margarine, cut it into pieces and place in a saucepan over low heat to melt it.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, then beat them with a whisk or whatever is more convenient for you.
3. Mix together butter (margarine), sugar, eggs and flour. You should get a thick dough with a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
4. Heat the frying pan, lightly grease it with oil and spoon the finished dough into the frying pan.
5. Fry the waffles on both sides until light brown. Each waffle will take no more than a minute.
6. Remove from the pan with a spatula and while hot, give the waffle layer the appearance of a tube.
7. The waffle rolls are ready, you can fill them with filling according to your taste preferences. If you don't like fillings, these waffles will be just as delicious without them. Once, using this recipe, I made a waffle cake, but that's a different story.
Enjoy your tea!
