Recipe for pasta with minced meat and sauce in a frying pan

Onion-garlic sauce goes well with meat and tomatoes and makes the dish more flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pasta;
  • 400 g minced beef;

  2. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings and chop the garlic with a knife. Fry them until golden brown.
  4. Add milk to the minced meat, then it will become juicy. Transfer it to the onions and garlic.
  5. Add salt and pepper, fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add the tomatoes.
  7. Simmer under the lid closed for 25 minutes. Stir regularly; if the sauce becomes thick, add water.
  8. Boil the pasta and pour it into a frying pan with a thick bottom. Add the prepared sauce and simmer for 5 minutes until the dish is soaked.

Garnish the dish with grated cheese or herbs.

Herbs and spices must be added to pasta with minced meat. Cilantro and basil especially highlight the meaty taste. You can add any favorite spices if you wish.

Each recipe involves the use of different types of pasta, cheeses and sauces, thanks to which the minced pasta in the pan begins to play in a new way.

Most cooking methods are simple; anyone, even an inexperienced housewife, can handle them. The main components are different types of pasta and ground meat pulp; the following are used as additional components:

  • tomatoes (tomato paste, ketchup);
  • onion garlic;
  • eggs;
  • milk (cream);
  • sour cream (mayonnaise);
  • mushrooms;
  • greenery;
  • spices.

How to cook

Any recipe for pasta for spaghetti with minced meat has its own subtleties of preparation, ensuring the quality of the dish, its unique taste and aroma. Here are some of them:

  1. The shape and size of the pasta does not matter unless the recipe specifies a specific type. The main thing is that they are made from durum wheat, which will prevent them from overcooking.
  2. According to the recipe, pasta can be used raw or boiled. If you cook using the second method, place the product in boiling salted water so that the pasta can float freely in the container, otherwise they will stick together. The ideal proportions are 1 liter of water per 100 g of vermicelli.
  3. To achieve al dente doneness, leave the pasta slightly undercooked inside (with a thin strip of flour), turn off the heat, cover with a lid, leave for 2-3 minutes before discarding in a colander.
  4. Rinse the paste only with warm or hot water; cold water will cause the product to lose its taste and beneficial properties.
  5. Use the ground meat pulp at your discretion; it is better if it is not too fatty. It can be added to a dish raw or lightly fried.
  6. For sauces, it is preferable to use fresh tomatoes and sour cream, but in their absence, replacement with mayonnaise and tomato paste is allowed.
  7. Mix the resulting gravy with the pasta immediately after cooking.
  8. Choose a frying pan with a thick bottom and walls; food will not burn on it, but will cook well.
  9. According to some recipes, pasta is prepared not in a frying pan, but in the oven or slow cooker.

Minced pasta

As for the meat component, experienced chefs recommend adhering to the following tips for selecting and preparing the meat component:

  1. Do not take frozen meat, which has lost many useful qualities during processing and has lost its original taste.
  2. Make minced meat yourself from a whole piece of meat, using a meat grinder, blender or sharp knives to chop the pulp. This way you will maintain the juiciness of the mass, which will be useful in the process of further preparation.
  3. Mixing two types of meat will give the meat component a special taste. You choose what to mix and in what proportions. Experiment with new and unusual combinations. When choosing beef pulp, combine it with pork so that the minced meat is not too dry.
  4. When heat-treating chicken, do not overdo it; an extra 3 minutes in the pan will lead to toughness of the meat.
  5. When frying, do not add oil to the meat component to avoid excessive fat content.

  4. Mix 2 types of meat.
  5. Add zucchini or potatoes to the meat component to add extra juiciness.
  6. When frying onions with chopped meat, do not throw everything in at once. Bring the vegetable to a golden hue first, and then throw in the second component. Chopped onions will be cooked in meat juice, acquiring its taste and aroma.
  7. Mash the meat mixture while frying in a frying pan with a fork until smooth. This will ensure even roasting and a beautiful appearance of the treat.
  8. Be sure to add fresh herbs and spices to the finished pasta with chopped meat pulp. Provencal herbs and basil are ideal.

Are you cooking pasta correctly? What is “al dente” and why you shouldn’t rinse good pasta. Just in case .
  1. Grind the boiled meat in a meat grinder. We make a small cross-shaped cut on each tomato, then pour boiling water over the tomatoes. This will make it easy to remove the skin, after which the peeled tomatoes must be chopped with a knife or grated.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the twisted meat and fry again for 2-3 minutes. Then pour in the tomato mass, salt and add pepper.
  3. Place the minced meat in a large bowl, and fry the finely grated peeled carrots in a frying pan. Add to the minced meat, mix, add salt if necessary.
  4. Boil the shells in salted water until half cooked - a white “belt” should be clearly visible on the cut. Place the pasta in a bowl with the minced meat and mix. The meat component will fill the “shells” - which is why shell-shaped pasta is optimal for this recipe.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the “shells” with minced meat.
  6. Break eggs into a small bowl and mix with cream. Pour the resulting mixture evenly over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. A hot casserole will break, but if you let it cool a little, you'll be able to cut the pie into nice portions.

  • minced veal – 600 g
  • pasta - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • garlic - 2-3 teeth.
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • tomato sauce - 150 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • chili, purple onion, ground crackers
  • greens - for serving

Pasta with meat balls

An option for preparing pasta with minced meat that children really like is spaghetti with meatballs. Funny meat balls will be even tastier if you add some fresh herbs, your favorite spices, and a couple of cloves of garlic to the minced meat. Cream will give the dish additional tenderness and silkiness.

  • any paste - 350 g
  • minced meat - 250 g
  • low-fat cream - 50 ml
  • any hard cheese - 50 g
  • parsley - a few sprigs
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Mix the finished minced meat with a small amount of salt and pepper, form balls slightly smaller than a walnut. Fry the meat “balls” in vegetable oil over low heat, then add half a glass of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti until al dente in salted water, transfer the finished pasta to the frying pan with the meat balls, add cream, stir. If necessary, add a small amount of water in which the spaghetti was cooked. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and grated Parmesan. Original pie with “craters”

And again, a simple, uncomplicated dish that looks very original. To prepare it, you need penne pasta or any other pasta in the form of long empty tubes.

  • penne pasta – 400 g
  • minced meat - 200 g
  • tomatoes - 5-6 large
  • butter - 20 g
  • milk - 1 glass
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • oregano or a mixture of Italian herbs
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Try to cook the minced meat yourself, it’s still safer. If you want a more dietary taste, use turkey or chicken fillet.

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked - when you cut the penne in half crosswise, you can easily see the white, uncooked “belt”.
  2. Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with butter. Place the boiled pasta in the mold, making sure that all the “sticks” are placed strictly vertically in the mold. It will take some time and require some skill, but the result is worth it.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and grate them, leaving a thin skin in your hands. If you are not confident in yourself and think that you won’t be able to grate the tomatoes while simultaneously removing the skin, you can scald them with boiling water and first remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  4. Having heated the frying pan well, fry the minced meat in vegetable oil. After 5-7 minutes, add the prepared tomato mixture. Stirring, cook for another 3 minutes. At the end, add salt, pepper and dry herbs. Place the resulting minced meat on top of the pasta, trying to ensure that the bulk of it falls between the penne and does not lie on top.
  5. Break the eggs into a small bowl and mix with milk until smooth. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the pasta.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about half an hour. Eggs and milk form a flat surface on the finished pie, on which penne holes can be seen as “craters”.

Pasta with minced meat and eggplant

The dish is certainly seasonal, but that makes it even more delicious. As soon as the “little blue ones” ripen, a huge bowl of farfalle appears on our table, a glass of wine, several candles, heartfelt company - an evening of pleasure is guaranteed.

  • pasta - 400 g
  • minced meat - 200 g
  • eggplants - 3-4 pcs.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • parsley - bunch
  • grated parmesan
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper to taste
  1. Wash the eggplants, peel them if necessary. Cut into small cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave in a bowl for 10-15 minutes.
  2. At this time, fry the diced onion in heated vegetable oil. Add the minced meat there, stirring, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes cut into thin half rings and fry again.
  3. Next is a line of thin strips of bell pepper and chili pepper. When the minced meat and vegetables are ready, temporarily set the frying pan aside.
  4. In a second frying pan, fry the eggplants in small batches. Place the finished “blue” cubes into a frying pan with minced meat. When the manipulations with the eggplants are completed, mix the meat and vegetables again and, if necessary, fry additionally.
  5. Boil the pasta until al dente, transfer to a frying pan with meat sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs and grated Parmesan.

Video recipe: pasta and minced meat roll

Recipe from the recipes of Soviet canteens. Simple, tasty and very interesting.

Lasagna, basic recipe

Oddly enough, lasagna is also a type of pasta. Difficult and not quick to prepare, however, delicious and stunning to eat. Don’t be afraid to start: after trying to cook this pasta with minced meat 2-3 times, you will quickly get the hang of it and even begin to get creative, adding various vegetables to the minced meat, experimenting with herbs and spices, and “playing” with cheeses.
Shall we start with the basic recipe?

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • lasagna - 9-12 sheets
  • parmesan - 100 g.
  • bechamel sauce - approximately 0.5 l
  • Bolognese sauce - 0.5 l

For the bolognese sauce:

  • minced meat - 250 g
  • tomatoes - 5 large
  • vegetable oil
  • a mixture of dry Italian herbs;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

for bechamel sauce:

  • flour - 1 full tbsp. l.
  • butter - 40 g
  • milk - 500 ml
  • nutmeg - a pinch
  • salt - to taste
  1. Place 3 sheets of dry dough (store-bought or) on the bottom of the baking dish. Cover it with 2-3 tablespoons of Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle bechamel sauce evenly over top.
  2. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and cover with the next 3 lasagna sheets. In the same way we collect another 2-3 layers. Grease the top sheets of dough only with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour. Serve by cutting into portions.

“Lazy” homemade lasagna

Of course, this is not lasagna as such, however, if you really want it, but can’t do it any other way, then you can quite please yourself with this dish. I like the dynamism of it (one, two – and you’re done!) and the taste. Believe me, this minced pasta is actually delicious!

  • onion - 2 large
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • mixture of dry Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
  • chili pepper - small piece
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • milk - 500 ml
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • tomatoes - 5 large
  • pasta - 500 g (I prefer thin vermicelli)
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • vegetable oil
  1. Boil the vermicelli until half cooked.
  2. In a heated frying pan, fry the diced onion in vegetable oil. Add garlic and herbs, chili pepper and minced meat. Stirring, cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, then pour in tomato sauce and turn off after boiling.
  3. Don't know how to cook it? As easy as pie! We make a cross-shaped cut on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, after half a minute we drain the water and remove the skin without any problems. After this, grate the tomatoes or chop them by hand.
  4. For milk sauce, mix milk and flour, add salt, pepper and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. With nutmeg it is simply unique!
  5. Grease the baking dish and place half of the pasta. Cover with the minced meat mixture and cover with the other half of the vermicelli. Fill with milk sauce. Sprinkle a little grated hard cheese on top.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Navy pasta in a slow cooker

And one more recipe for a slow cooker. They say that sailors understand naval pasta not in the same way as in canteens during the USSR, but literally - they cook it with fish - sprat in tomato! Here the recipe also uses a non-standard move - broccoli in the composition. It turned out delicious, try it! Bon appetit to everyone!

  • pasta – 200 g,
  • onion – 2 medium,
  • broccoli – 400 g,
  • vegetable oil,
  • butter – 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • spices, salt - to your taste.
