Cooking:
1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut out the deformed parts of the skin and the stalk. Depending on the size of the tomatoes, I cut them into halves, quarters and so on.
2. In order to get mashed potatoes, I pass chopped tomatoes through a meat grinder with a special nozzle to get juice. Look at the photo below how to do it. 3. In the finished puree, I add salt to my taste. I mix and put on a slow fire until boiling. In the process of cooking, be sure to remove the resulting foam and boil for 10-15 minutes. If you like sweet juice, you can add sugar. As much as you like.
4. I remove it from the fire and pour it into sterilized containers.
So that the jar does not burst, let an ordinary spoon stick out in it.
