1. I wash the tomatoes well and cut them into quarters. I put in a blender bowl.

Cooking:

1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut out the deformed parts of the skin and the stalk. Depending on the size of the tomatoes, I cut them into halves, quarters and so on.

  garlic to taste
  a pinch of nutmeg.

Cooking:
  Squeeze the juice in any way and pour into an enameled container. Put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer at low boil for 30 minutes. Add salt and sugar, boil for 10 minutes, then put the rest of the spices and garlic, passed through the press, keep on the fire for another 10 minutes and pour into sterilized jars. Tomato juice with sweet pepper and garlic

Ingredients:
  5 kg ripe tomatoes
  2-3 pods of sweet pepper
  1 onion,
  1 tbsp salt
  1-3 tbsp Sahara.

Cooking:
