How to cook "Potato Casserole with Sausages and Cheese"

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices no more than 1 centimeter thick. We boil it until half cooked (you do not need to boil it, but then the casserole will take longer to cook in the oven).

2. Cut the sausages into slices.

3. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater (you can mix several varieties), you can take more.

4. Pour milk into a bowl of cheese.

5. We drive in the eggs there.

  • dry pasta - 250 g

Preparation

1. Bring about 3 liters of water to a boil, add salt to taste, add pasta and boil until half cooked. It will take half the time indicated on the package. Throw the pasta in a colander, rinse with cold water and combine with mayonnaise and ketchup.

2. Finely chop the green onion and add to the pasta.

3. Prepare the filling, for which all three eggs intensively beat with a whisk and season to taste with black pepper and salt.

4. Free the sausages from the shell and cut into slices or semicircles.

5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

6. Combine all ingredients, add dressing, mix thoroughly and gently transfer to a greased baking dish.

7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Serve the pasta casserole hot with fresh herbs and vegetables.

  2. Remove the frying pan, put it on the stove, send the broccoli there and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a baking sheet and brush it all over with olive oil.
  4. Spread the potatoes with eggs and seasoning evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Place sausages cut into slices on top of the potato mass and broccoli slices on top across the entire baking sheet.
  6. Put thinly sliced ​​tomatoes on top of the broccoli, and then sprinkle everything with grated hard cheese.
  7. Preheat the included oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet in it. In the oven, a dish of sausages and vegetables should cook within 20 minutes.
  8. After the time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet and let the casserole cool slightly to facilitate the slicing process.

Casserole with potatoes and sausages topped with cheese: a traditional recipe

For cooking, you will need the following components:

  • 7 pieces of potatoes;
  • 250-300 g of sausages;
  • hard cheese - 250 grams;
  • milk 100 grams;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper, fresh dill.

Cooking process:

  1. Take the potatoes, peel them, and then cut into slices about a centimeter thick. Then, of your choice, you can boil it until half cooked, or you can cook it raw, but in this case the circles should be thinner.
  2. Take any sausages of your choice and cut them into 1 centimeter thick slices.
  3. The next step is to grate the cheese. To do this, take cheese, you can take several types of cheese, grate it into a cup.
  4. Add milk, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper to the cheese. All components must be mixed well to get a homogeneous mass. Of course, you can modify the recipe by adding your own ingredients or other seasonings. For example, you can add garlic or dried basil.
  5. Take a mold - this can be a baking sheet, a special mold, or a regular frying pan. Lubricate your mold with margarine, and on the bottom put: half the potatoes, sausages, half the cheese mixture, the remaining potatoes, all the remaining cheese mass, and sprinkle with chopped green dill on top.

To prepare for three servings, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 250 300 g sausages;
  • a pound of potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • 50 g creamy margarine;
  • medium head of onion;
  • clove of garlic;
  • salt pepper;
  • 50 g of hard cheese, but if you like more cheese, you can use 100 g.

Preparation:

  1. Peel all potatoes and send to a saucepan, cover with water, salt a little and boil until cooked. Then drain the water from the potatoes and let it cool, and then mash in mashed potatoes, adding 30 grams of butter and an egg. Then gradually add warm milk to the puree. To prepare this wonderful casserole, you will need the usual foods:

  • half a kilo of potatoes;
  • 150 g of any pasta;
  • 200 g sausages;
  • 400 g of cheese;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 400 g of tomatoes;
  • a mixture of peppers and salt.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel all potatoes, cut into centimeter-thick slices. Send it to a saucepan, cover with water and boil. Then drain the water and set aside for a while.

  3. Take sausages and cut into thin slices (no more than one centimeter in thickness).

Top - a third of chopped sausages, then lay on top of them half of the pasta, half of the tomatoes cut into thin slices. Then again a third of the potatoes from the total mass, followed by a third of the sausages from the total mass, again a layer of the remaining pasta, followed by the rest of the sausages and on top, finally, all the remaining potatoes.
  5. Place the remaining chopped tomatoes on top of these layers and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Lazy pasta casserole without potatoes

Ingredients:

  • sausages - 8 pieces;
  • pasta - 200 g;
  • eggs - 6 pieces;
  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 250 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • some salt.

Preparation:

  1. Take a small saucepan and boil the pasta in it until almost cooked. Drain off the water and let sit for a minute.
  2. Take sausages, cut into slices half a centimeter thick.
  3. Then take a baking sheet with high sides and grease it thoroughly with oil.
  4. Lay out half of the pasta. Then on top of them are chopped sausages, and on top of the remaining pasta.
  5. Take a separate cup and beat the eggs. In order for them to whip into a good foam, they must first be held in the refrigerator. Then add salt, mayonnaise and milk to them. All these components must be thoroughly beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. Spread the resulting mixture evenly over the entire baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top and place the baking sheet in the oven for 40 minutes. The oven needs to be preheated to 150 degrees.
  6. When the casserole is ready, cut into portions.

Place prepared sausages on top.

Cover with the remaining potato mixture. Close the multicooker. Baking mode - 65 minutes. After the signal to open, remove the casserole using a steamer container.
