This minced meat is good because it cooks very quickly and is suitable for diet and baby food.

For three servings you will need 200-300 grams of minced meat, 3 eggs, a small tomato, a little grated cheese and parsley, sunflower or corn oil, spices and salt. The minced meat should be salted and seasoned with pepper in advance, divided into 3 equal parts and formed into a flat cake from each on a flat plate. Afterwards, beat the egg with a whisk, pour it into a hot frying pan with oil, quickly move the minced cake there, on top of the egg, and smooth it with a spatula. Fry on both sides, sprinkle with cheese and parsley, place a slice or two of tomato on top and fold the brizol in half. You can tie it with green onions.

Universal meatballs

Salt 400 grams of minced meat, add pepper and dried herbs to your taste. Mix thoroughly. Pinch off a piece of the meat mass and form it into balls on a board sprinkled with vegetable oil. Boil the resulting meatballs for 10-15 minutes in plenty of water (throw them into boiling water). You can make soup with these meatballs, simmer them in any sauce, fry them and serve with rice, pasta, spaghetti, buckwheat, and so on.

Simple soup

Prepare the meatballs according to the above recipe and let them cook. Peel 3-5 potatoes, cut them, add them to the pan after 10 minutes. Peel and chop the onion, chop 1 carrot. Sauté these vegetables in vegetable or butter, stirring constantly. Add to the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes, then measure out 80 grams of noodles. After adding it, the soup should be cooked over medium heat for another 3 minutes. Finally, add spices to taste.

Fragrant soup

You will need almost the same set of ingredients as in the previous case. You also need to take 2-3 ripe juicy tomatoes, a bunch of fresh herbs and about 50 grams of hard cheese.

Boil the meatballs, remove them from the boiling water and add the washed cereal and potato pieces to the same pan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Fry the meatballs in one pan, and the onions and carrots in the other. Grind the tomatoes into a puree, add to the frying pan with the vegetables, stir and simmer for several minutes. Place the roast and fried meatballs in a pan, add spices and salt, cook for 7-10 minutes. Finely chop the greens and grate the cheese. Add herbs and cheese at the end of cooking, stir the soup thoroughly and remove from heat.

Meatballs in creamy mushroom sauce

You will need 100 grams of pre-boiled round rice, half a kilogram of minced meat and 1 egg. Mix meat, rice, pre-beaten egg, salt, add spices to your taste. Form the mixture into balls. Fry in plenty of oil on all sides until an appetizing crust. Remove meatballs from pan. In the remaining meat juice, fry finely chopped onions (1 piece will be enough), add 400 grams of sliced ​​champignons and simmer for 15 minutes. You can add a little water during the process. Upon completion of stewing, pour in a glass of cream, stir and puree the mushrooms with a blender. Simmer the meatballs in the resulting sauce for 3-4 minutes.
You can also cook this minced meat dish in a slow cooker. Then you need to first make the sauce, then add the not yet fried meatballs to it and simmer until done.

Minced meat and potato pancakes

Take 250 grams of minced chicken and potatoes, chopped using a fine grater or food processor. You will also need 2 egg whites, 3 full tablespoons of flour, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/3 bunch of parsley and dill, salt, spices, oil. Finely chop the garlic and herbs, combine with minced meat, potatoes, whites, knead, season. Add flour, stir. Spoon the mixture into hot oil and fry on both sides until done.

Chebureks with chicken

You should start with the dough: sift 2 or 2.5 cups of high-grade flour into a bowl, add salt, beat in an egg and pour in a glass of cold water. Knead an elastic soft dough, cover it with a towel and leave to lie at room temperature. For the filling, combine 400-500 grams of minced meat with a finely chopped onion, two chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, spices and an egg. Pinch off pieces of dough and roll into flat cakes, the edges of which should be greased with yolk. Terrine with vegetables and cheddar

This substitute for sausage or boiled pork can be prepared from minced meat in the oven. Season half a kilo of minced chicken with dried herbs and pepper, salt, and mix with finely chopped onion. Add 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese, a package of frozen Mexican mixed vegetables, and an egg yolk. Stir, gradually pouring in the egg whites whipped with a glass of cream and salt. Carefully pour the mixture into a pre-greased pan. Seal (to do this, tap the bottom of the pan on the table several times), smooth the surface with a damp spatula and bake at 200 degrees for an hour.

Korean minced chicken salad

Fry 450 grams of minced meat without oil in a Teflon frying pan for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly. You can add a drop of water. Place in a large bowl, add a tablespoon of boiled rice, finely chopped herbs (lemongrass stalk, 3 lime leaves, a little cilantro and green onions) and 1-2 chopped chili peppers. Season with a mixture of 4 tablespoons lime sauce and 2 oyster sauce. Place lettuce, tomato and pepper slices on a large platter and top with meat mixture.

This minced meat is noticeably coarser than others, unless we are talking about a product made from young veal.

Fry them on both sides until golden brown, making sure that the heating temperature is not too high - it is important not to dry out the burgers. The finished dish can be served with any side dish or gravy, or you can make sandwiches with burgers, like at McDonald's.

Bolognese sauce

One of the most famous Italian sauces for spaghetti and other pasta. Here is the least labor-intensive recipe: grate 1 carrot, finely chop a medium-sized onion, cut 2 celery stalks into cubes, fry 300 grams of minced beef in olive oil, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps with a spatula. Add pre-prepared vegetables and a can of tomatoes in their own juice. Season with salt, Italian dried herbs and pepper, simmer over low heat for about 30-40 minutes. Finally, tear a bunch of basil into small pieces with your hands and mix with the sauce.

Cannellone

Sauté finely chopped carrots and onions in butter, add half a kilo of minced meat to the pan, stirring, and fry until half cooked. Salt and add desired spices. Separately, prepare the bechamel sauce: melt 50 grams of butter in a deep frying pan or ladle, gradually add a tablespoon of flour, stirring constantly and avoiding the formation of lumps. Still stirring the future sauce, pour in milk (2 cups) in a thin stream. Let the mixture boil and remove it from the heat. Fill large cannellone pasta with filling, place in a mold or on a baking sheet, pre-greased, pour in sauce so that it completely covers the pasta, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in the oven at 170-180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Scotch eggs

Boil 5 chicken eggs hard. Prepare minced cutlets from half a kilogram of minced meat, soaked bread crusts, raw eggs, onions, herbs, spices, and salt. Distribute the minced meat on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper or foil in the shape of a square. Draw a line in the center and place peeled boiled eggs one after the other along it. Roll the minced meat into a roll. You should end up with a “sausage” with eggs inside, which you can bake at 180 Celsius in foil (this will take about an hour) and then serve either hot, or cool and leave for sandwiches.

Moussaka in Greek

First you need to make bechamel sauce (instructions in the cannelone recipe) and mix it with 200 grams of grated cheese. Cut two large eggplants into long “tongues” and quickly fry in a small amount of oil. Saute the chopped onion with “feathers” until soft. Separately fry 500-700 grams of minced meat. Cut a couple of tomatoes into cubes. Combine tomatoes, minced meat, fried onions. Place eggplants and meat “stuffing” in layers in a baking dish, fill to the top with sauce. Cook the moussaka in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mexican Quesadilla

Chop the tomato, bell pepper and half an onion into small cubes, fry, pour in ¼ cup of cream and simmer over low heat to obtain a fairly homogeneous sauce. Finely chop the remaining half of the onion, combine with 250 grams of minced meat and fry separately. Take several unleavened tortilla-type flatbreads (can be replaced with Armenian lavash). Place the meat on half of the flatbread and the sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with the other half of the tortilla and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Homemade tacos

Chop 1 onion as finely as possible, fry in olive oil, add minced meat (500 grams). Fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic (2 crushed cloves), paprika, black pepper, salt, 4-5 tablespoons of hot ketchup and 2 tablespoons of mustard. Stir, reduce heat slightly and simmer the meat for a quarter of an hour. Meanwhile, chop a small bunch of green onions, cut the mozzarella cheese into slices, and scoop out the pulp from the milk buns. Place a piece of cheese in each bun, add a few spoons of meat and sprinkle it all with onions.

Cabbage with minced meat

The minced meat should be fried with onions, stirring occasionally with a spatula, then add shredded cabbage (there should be the same amount as minced meat), stir again, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper at the very end of cooking.

Buckwheat with minced meat

Fry the minced meat with onions until browned; you can also add celery, carrots or tomatoes. Separately, fry finely chopped mushrooms. Pour pre-boiled buckwheat into the pan, stirring, add mushrooms, cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Grechaniki

These “buckwheat cutlets” are prepared in exactly the same way as regular ones, with one exception: the bread in them is replaced with buckwheat. For half a kilo of minced meat, 1 onion and 1 egg of boiled cereal you need to take 3-4 tablespoons. If you want the dish to be more tender, it is recommended to add a spoonful of sour cream with a fat content of 15% to the minced meat.

Ground turkey

Ground turkey can replace chicken. It is a little drier, which needs to be taken into account when preparing dishes.

Tender turkey and zucchini cutlets

You can make these summer cutlets from zucchini and minced meat, even if you are on a diet. A pound of minced turkey, grated zucchini and one egg should be combined and stirred; instead of onions, add green onions. Salt, add a spoonful of sour cream, spices, and garlic if desired. Fry the cutlets as usual.

Stuffed peppers

Fry onions and green onions together in equal quantities, mix with boiled rice (100 grams) and raw minced meat (400 grams). Take 4-6 sweet peppers, cut off the tops, scrape out the membranes and seeds. Fill with minced meat, place in a saucepan, pour hot broth. It wouldn't hurt to add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream. Put the meatballs to cook, cut the carrots, parsnips and parsley root into large circles, and cut a couple of potatoes into slices. Add everything to the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes, then add 100 grams of frozen peas and noodles. After another 5 minutes, add grated cheese to the pan, stir lightly and remove from heat.

Spicy Noodles with Nuts and Turkey

Chop 3 cloves of garlic, a little ginger (so that you get approximately equal amounts of it and garlic), fry it all in sesame or olive oil. Add 250 grams of minced meat to the pan, cook, stirring, until the meat turns white. Boil 300 grams of egg noodles or regular spaghetti. Mix with minced meat, pour over soy sauce, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and cilantro.

Autumn stew

Chop 1 onion, bell pepper, a clove or two of garlic, and fry. Add half a kilo of minced meat and cook, remembering to stir, until it browns. Add 3 tomatoes, cut into slices, and about 3 cups of coarsely grated pumpkin. You can also add diced potatoes if you wish. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 20 minutes.

Hearty soup with minced meat

Boil a glass of pearl barley in plenty of water for 20-25 minutes. After this, add half a kilo of minced meat, pre-fried with onions, and diced potatoes. Cook for the same amount of time over medium heat. 5 minutes before readiness, add some finely shredded cabbage. Serve with sour cream, herbs and slices of pre-fried mushrooms cut lengthwise.

Pasta casserole with minced meat

Boil 200 grams of any pasta. Fry 300-400 grams of minced meat with onions, add a can of tomatoes canned in their own juice, stir and simmer a little. Add salt and season with Provençal mixture of herbs. Prepare bechamel sauce from flour, butter and milk, add nutmeg and crushed garlic. Place pasta and meat in a mold, pour sauce over it all, sprinkle generously with grated hard cheese and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.

Juicy fried meatballs

In a blender, grind 1 red onion, a couple of cloves of garlic, 100 grams of white cabbage and 75 grams of bacon. Mix all this with 500 grams of minced meat and ¼ cup of semolina, salt, add dried thyme and rosemary. Form meatballs and fry in plenty of oil.

Turkey pancakes

You will need to mix 400 grams of minced meat, 150 grams of sour cream, egg, salt, pepper, a tablespoon of flour and semolina. As a result, a liquidish mass should come out, which can be spooned into a frying pan and fried on both sides. If desired, you can add finely chopped herbs to the “dough” - onions, basil, parsley.

Kebabs with pomegranate sauce

To half a kilo of minced meat add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (tablespoons), 2 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce, a generous pinch of thyme, salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then form into kebabs and grill them. You can cook them in the oven on a wire rack.

This minced meat goes well with rice or potatoes.

Mix the minced meat with eggs at the rate of 1 egg per 200 grams of meat, roll into balls on a lightly floured surface and flatten each of them with your palm. Bread in flour, yolk, breadcrumbs, quickly fry on both sides.

Hearty winter casserole

Cut a large onion into half rings and fry until soft. Add the minced meat, fry, stirring until it acquires a crumbly consistency. Pour 2 cans of beans without liquid into a frying pan (you can take 1 can of white beans and 1 red), finely chopped tomatoes (2-3 pieces), chopped green onions, simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Prepare bechamel from butter and flour (30 grams each), as well as 1.5 glasses of milk, cool, mix with a handful of grated cheese and a raw egg. Place the beans and meat in ovenproof dishes, add salt and pepper, season with cumin and basil. Pour in the sauce and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Meat muffins

Quickly fry the chopped onion, mix with a glass of boiled beans, add salt, and swirl in a blender. Mix 400 grams of minced meat with raw onion, garlic, 2 eggs, ¼ cup of fermented baked milk, salt, pepper, khmeli-suneli. Combine with the bean mixture, add a glass of flour and knead. Place in molds, sprinkle with cheese at the end of cooking, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 Celsius.

Pigodi - Korean steamed pies

Dough: heat ¾ cup milk, add 4.5 grams of yeast and a little sugar, stir. When the mixture rises slightly, pour in ¼ cup warm water and add salt. Knead the dough using 400 grams of flour, cover and leave for several hours, kneading occasionally.
For the filling: finely chop a couple of onions, 150 grams of red or white cabbage, 100 grams of radish, add garlic or herbs. Divide the dough into 20 parts, roll each one out and form into a pie with a generous amount of filling. Cook for 40 minutes in a double boiler.

Green soup with meatballs

For meatballs: salt and pepper 300 grams of minced meat, mix with 2-3 tablespoons of rice cereal and a pinch of Provençal herbs. Put them to boil, cut the potatoes into bars, prepare a fry from onions and carrots. Add all this to the soup. 15 minutes after adding the potatoes, add a bag of frozen spinach and sorrel, you can also grate a little hard cheese and sprinkle it over the soup. Also add allspice and bay leaf at this stage. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Pancakes with meat

You can prepare pancakes for this dish according to any recipe that suits you. The main thing is that they are thin and flexible. For the filling, minced pork or combined minced meat should be fried with onions and mixed with mashed potatoes (1 part potatoes to 2 parts meat). Don’t skimp on the onion, it will give the delicacy an additional piquant aroma. Suitable spices include nutmeg, black pepper, and cilantro. Distribute the filling among the pancakes, roll them into envelopes and fry them in butter.

Spicy khinkali

Prepare a tight and dense dough from 2 eggs, a glass of water, 400 grams of flour and a pinch of salt, wrap it in film and leave for half an hour. For the filling, finely chop a couple of onions, a chili pepper, ½ bunch of cilantro, ½ bunch of parsley, 2-3 cloves of garlic. Mix with ½ kg of minced meat, add salt. Form “bags” of khinkali, leaving the characteristic tails. You can cook them either steamed or in a pan.

Cutlets with vegetables

Prepare a standard mixture for cutlets from ½ kg of minced meat, onion, garlic, 2 eggs, bread soaked in milk, salt, pepper. Next, you can either mix the minced meat with the Mexican vegetable mixture, or do it differently: make cutlets with filling from this very mixture. In this case, you can add processed cheese to the vegetables. The cutlets can either be fried or quickly browned in a frying pan and baked in the oven.

German cheese soup

Place 200 grams of pickled champignons in a colander. Cut 1 leek into rings and fry in vegetable oil, fry 400 grams of minced pork separately. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add the ingredients mentioned in the pan. After 5 minutes, start adding soft processed cheese a little at a time (you need 400 grams in total), constantly stirring the soup with a whisk. After 10 minutes, the soup can be salted, sprinkled with fresh herbs and served.

Croquettes with Adyghe cheese

Mix half a kilo of minced meat with finely chopped onion, 2 egg whites, salt, white and black pepper. Cut Adyghe cheese (100 grams) into cubes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs onto a plate, lay out small flatbreads of minced meat, place a couple of cubes of cheese on each, cover with another layer of minced meat and carefully turn over so that the other side is coated in breadcrumbs. Transfer to a frying pan with hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Minced fish

Cooking dishes from this minced meat is many times faster than from meat. It is light and dietary.

Fish balls in soy-tomato sauce

For this dish you need 500 grams of minced tilapia or hake, which can be prepared in a blender. To the fish you need to add a few crumbs of fresh white bread, 50-60 grams of chopped lard, 1/3 cup of boiled rice, 1 chopped onion, garlic, parsley, a mixture of peppers, salt. Form and fry small meatballs.
For the sauce: scald 2 tomatoes, peel and finely chop. Fry 1 onion, cut into half rings, until soft, add tomatoes, 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, season with thyme, add a little water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Place the meatballs in the sauce, cover, reduce heat, cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Fish roll with mushrooms

For 600 grams of minced white fish you will need a couple of slices of loaf soaked in milk, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, a couple of tablespoons of chopped parsley and dill, seasonings to your taste. Knead and beat the minced meat thoroughly, put in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime, you can start filling: thinly slice the leek and 200 grams of mushrooms, sauté in butter, add salt, cool, mix with 2 chopped boiled eggs and finely chopped parsley.
Using cling film or oiled parchment, form a roll with the filling, brush it with sour cream and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Homemade fish fingers

Salt and pepper the minced fish. Form sticks, roll first in flour, then in beaten egg yolk, then in a mixture of crumbled rye bread, crushed almonds and grated Parmesan cheese. Next, the sticks can either be fried in vegetable oil or baked on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Fish pate

Finely chop the onion, fry, mix with 400 grams of minced white sea fish. Add 200 grams of cottage cheese, a bunch of any greens chopped in a blender, an egg, a tablespoon of semolina. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius, sprinkle with grated cheese, continue baking for another 5-10 minutes.

Minced salmon casserole

Mix 350 grams of minced red fish with 75 grams of semolina. Add a spoon or two of sour cream, spices, salt, egg. Place in an even layer in the mold. Place slices of tomatoes, olives (you can take both black and green), strips of bell pepper, strips of zucchini on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese at the end.

Fish kebab

Mix 0.5 kilograms of minced fish with a slice of loaf soaked in cream or milk. Season with basil and nutmeg, add an egg, finely chopped green onions, 3-4 tablespoons of already cooked rice. Stir again. Thread into long cutlets onto skewers. You can cook kebabs either on a grill over coals or in foil in the oven.

Dolma with fish

Cook ¼ cup of rice until half cooked. Finely chop 1 onion and 1 carrot. Mix all this with ½ kg of minced cod, pangasius or hake, add spices and salt. The grape leaves should be doused with boiling water, the tails should be cut off, and the leaves should be rolled into envelopes stuffed with fish. Fry quickly, place in layers in a cauldron, coating these layers with sour cream. Pour hot water and simmer over medium heat under the lid for an hour.

Layered broccoli casserole

Mix 500 grams of minced fish with egg, salt and spices. Sauté onions and carrots (1 piece each). Boil 500 grams of broccoli and 100 grams of short grain rice separately. Separately cook 300 grams of pasta. Place it all in layers in a mold, pour in bechamel sauce, which is prepared from 50 grams of butter, a few tablespoons of flour and a glass of milk. Cook for 25 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Fish cutlets in carrot batter

Mix 300 grams of minced red fish, 30 grams of frozen and then grated butter, chopped onion, egg, herbs, a mixture of peppers and salt.

For the batter: grate the carrots on a fine grater, add chopped garlic, 2 eggs, 1-2 tablespoons of sifted flour, spices (ginger, sesame, paprika). You can add a little more soy sauce. Form cutlets, roll in a thick layer of batter and fry over heat for 5 minutes.

Festive fish terrine

Line the sides and bottom of the terrine dish with thin slices of smoked salmon. Mix white minced fish (400 grams) with 2 chilled egg whites, a glass of cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and beat it all in a blender. Separately, use a blender to puree 2 cups of fresh or frozen spinach, combine with a third of the fish mixture. Place the layers in the pan in the following order: without spinach - with spinach - without spinach. Top with salmon slices as well. Place the mold in a baking tray with boiling water, cook for an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.

— there is hardly anyone who doesn’t like meatballs! And if he does, it means he simply doesn’t know how to cook them. After all, in fact, the taste of meatballs does not depend on the minced meat, but on the gravy or sauce.

So, we have an urgent everyday need to measure out a portion of a product or substance, according to a folk recipe, instruction manual, or modern diet (in fact, it doesn’t matter why). A certain inconvenience, most likely, may be due to the fact that we need a portion for which very smart people who compiled the instructions, recipe or diet do not indicate the volume of minced meat in teaspoons, tablespoons, dessert spoons, as would be logical, correct and convenient . And the mass or weight is in grams. It is quite natural that a normal person, “at hand in the kitchen cabinet,” always “doesn’t have” special scales. But if you search a little, you will almost certainly have at least 1 (one) regular tablespoon (or teaspoon) somewhere. And, precisely with the help of this simple cutlery, we have to do the dosage of a portion of minced meat by weight in grams. The task is simple, but not very correct, initially “doomed” to a large error, but our instructions, diet or recipe do not offer any other choice or method. In order to convert grams into tablespoons, we are forced to use not strict reference information, but some experimental, everyday ratio established experimentally (empirically). The resulting error with this dosage method, of course, frightens a decent person accustomed to accuracy and order, because, as indicated in some trustworthy sources, it can be 14 - 18%. From my experience, in practice, the error in measuring the mass or weight of minced meat in grams using this method can be even greater. It’s difficult to talk about the objectivity of the methodology. Although the size of the spoons is considered more or less standard, their shape does not allow for measuring identical portions. Due to the fact that they can be filled in different ways, it does not hold the same volume, and this will affect the weight of the product in grams. Therefore, in cases where we need a really precise dosage of minced meat, we cannot use a cutlery. It is necessary to use another, very similar tool to measure the weight portion in grams - this is a special, deep measuring spoon. The size differs slightly, but the thoughtful shape of the measuring spoon eliminates “discrepancies” in the degree of filling. Roughly speaking, when measuring a portion of minced meat not with 1 table ladle, but with a measuring spoon, we always measure for a recipe, instruction or diet, a fairly accurate volume that our “kitchen tool” can accommodate. Which implies an order of magnitude higher accuracy in determining the weight of a portion in grams: 2 – 4%. Now, in our case, let’s decide on the mass - 1 (one) tablespoon, how many grams of minced meat it contains. If you have interest and extra time, you could see for yourself that a small “underfill or overfill” in any spoon, including a small teaspoon, will significantly affect the weight of a portion of the product. However, conventionally, for recipes, instructions and diets, it is generally accepted that a tablespoon holds a certain number of grams of minced meat. You can find out the exact serving weight in Table 1. This will help you convert grams to tablespoons of minced meat. By the way, recalculating the mass from teaspoons in a ratio of 1 to 3 usually “does not work” in practice, except perhaps for some liquids. So, it’s better to use the data from the table; you get a more accurate approximate dosage of a portion of minced meat in grams by weight.

Mix the minced meat with sour cream and spices, add salt. Chop the onion and fry until soft. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Cut the tomato into small cubes. 2. Cottage cheese - meat cutlets in tomato sauce

Mix everything, beat in a bowl, form cutlets, roll in flour, fry until golden brown.

Sauce: 1 large chopped onion, 3 tsp tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper, water, 1 tsp flour, herbs.

Fry the onion, sprinkle with flour, fry for 1-2 minutes, add tomato paste, stir, simmer for 3 minutes, add water, simmer a little. Pour over the cutlets and simmer until done. At the end, sprinkle with herbs.

3. Meat loaf with cheese

  • 1 onion
  • cheese 100 g

  • ketchup 1-2 tbsp

  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Cut the onion into cubes and saute it in a small amount of oil. There is no need to fry it too much. Mix the minced meat with the cooled onion, egg, salt and spices. Cut half or a little more of the cheese into small cubes and tomato into circles. Add cheese and chopped herbs to the minced meat. Mix and beat it into a bowl. Put the mixture into the mold (if it is not silicone, grease it). Apply ketchup and place tomatoes on top. Place in the oven at 230* for 30 minutes. Then remove, sprinkle with the remaining cheese (which you grate) and return to the oven for another half an hour. Cool the finished bread (if there is a lot of liquid, drain). Cut into pieces and serve with any side dish.

4. Stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven in tomato-sour cream sauce

Stuffed cabbage rolls are everyone's favorite dish. You can cook them both on the stove and in the oven. In the oven, cabbage rolls turn out no worse, and maybe even tastier. Give it a try. Ingredients for 5 pcs:

  • cabbage leaves 5 pcs,
  • any minced meat with twisted onion 250 g,
  • semi-cooked rice 2-3 tbsp,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 3 tbsp milk,
  • greenery.

For the sauce:

  • sour cream 3 tbsp,
  • milk 3 tbsp,
  • broth or water 100 ml,
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp,
  • flour 1 tsp,
  • salt and pepper.

Mix the minced meat with rice, milk, salt and pepper. Boil the leaves until half cooked. Stuff with minced meat. Wrap the cabbage rolls. Place them in a fireproof form. For the sauce, mix milk, sour cream, tomato paste, flour and broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour our darlings. Cover the form with foil. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. Set the temperature so that the sauce does not boil too much, approximately 180-200*. Sprinkle the finished cabbage rolls generously with herbs and invite your loved ones to the table.

5. Meatballs in tomato sauce

To prepare meatballs in tomato sauce you will need: For meatballs: - 300 g of minced meat twisted with onions;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • some greenery;
  • salt and pepper
  • taste.

For the sauce:

  • 500 g of tomatoes with their own juice;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 1 tsp. sweet ground paprika;
  • 0.5 tsp. khmeli-suneli;
  • 0.5 tsp. ground ginger;
  • ground red pepper
  • taste;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara.

Mix the minced meat with chopped garlic and herbs, add salt and pepper. With wet hands, form small balls - meatballs. Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes. For the sauce, lightly fry the chopped onion in a frying pan, add the chopped pepper into strips, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes to the pan along with tomato juice. Add all spices, salt and sugar. Mix. Place meatballs in boiling tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish. I have spaghetti. Decorate meatballs in tomato sauce with herbs.

6. Children's pasta casserole with meatballs

To prepare 2 servings we will need: - pasta already boiled (but not completely) 250 g,

  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 ml milk,

  • sour cream 1 tbsp
  • milk 2-3 tbsp
