1. I always fry the prepared cabbage rolls in a frying pan, and then put them in a mold.

Place the minced meat on a cabbage leaf and wrap it in the shape of an envelope. Place the cabbage rolls on a greased baking sheet, seam side down, tightly one to the other.

Lightly coat the cabbage rolls with oil on top, add 100 grams of water and cover with foil. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Then remove the foil, coat it with a “fur coat” and send it back to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

    Rinse the rice in several waters, boil, cool and add to the minced meat. Finely chop the onion.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions and carrots.

    Cool the roast and add to the minced meat, mix well, season with salt. Place a spoonful of minced meat on a cabbage leaf and wrap it in an envelope. If the cabbage leaves are rough, they can be blanched for 1-2 minutes in boiling water.

    Prepare the filling for cabbage rolls. Pass the garlic through a press, grate the cheese, chop the tomatoes, add salt and pepper, add sour cream and mix everything.

    Pour a little vegetable oil and water onto a baking sheet and place the cabbage rolls. Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, take out the baking sheet, pour the filling on top of the cabbage rolls, then put the cabbage rolls under the fur coat in the oven for another 15 minutes.
