  2. Pour the mixture with water and add 3-6 tbsp. l. Sahara. Please note that the more sugar you add, the more concentrated, i.e., the more sour the vinegar will be.
  3. Cover the neck of the jar with gauze and secure with a rope or rubber band.
  4. Place the container to ferment in a dark and warm place (optimal air temperature is 20–30 degrees) for 2 weeks. It is recommended to thoroughly mix the contents of the jar every day with a wooden spoon to saturate it with oxygen and speed up the fermentation process.
  5. After the time has passed, wrap the mixture in several layers of clean gauze and squeeze well. If the squeezed juice contains a lot of pulp, the hand press can be repeated.
  6. Pour the collected liquid back into the jar, add 3-6 tbsp. l. sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Cover the neck of the jar with gauze. Place the container in a warm place for the final stage of fermentation, which can last from 40 to 60 days. The finished vinegar will noticeably brighten and completely stop fermenting. Before use, it must be filtered again through filter paper or gauze.

From the fruits of grapes

You will need:

  • 1.5 liter glass jar;
  • 800 g grapes;
  • 200 g natural honey;
  • 10 g dry yeast;
  • 1 liter of boiled water.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the selected grapes thoroughly, grind through a meat grinder with a large mesh and place in a jar.

    Grapes can be used of both poor and good quality. However, keep in mind that vinegar from fruits affected by diseases and pests may give off an unpleasant taste and smell.
