I was too lazy to beat the whites and yolks separately. What kind of lazy Charlotte is if she needs to peel apples? Therefore, we do not peel the apples, just wash them thoroughly.

To make lazy apple pie we need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 apples (If possible, take different varieties for a richer taste. I have: “fushi”, homemade garden sour and “honey”).
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 100 gr. sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp. soda

Take a large bowl. Break 3 eggs + a glass of sugar. Beat thoroughly with a mixer at high speed for 1-2 minutes.

Add 100 grams of sour cream.

Mix flour with soda and sift together.

Chop the apples as desired and add them to the dough. I also sprinkled it with cinnamon; I love the combination of cinnamon and apples. But if you don't like cinnamon, you don't have to add it.

Mix everything well so that our apple pieces are distributed throughout the dough. Place in a mold and place in the oven at 170 degrees.

We wait about 20 minutes. Check the readiness with a match or toothpick. We pierce the pie in several places; if the match comes out dry, then our apple pie is ready.
