Place the vegetables in a frying pan with oil and fry for 4-5 minutes until they become slightly golden brown.
Then divide the broccoli into small pieces, if you have large pieces, and add them to the onions and carrots, then fry for another 5 minutes.
We take the chicken breast and rinse it, then dry it so that there is no excess water left. Then we cut it into equal parts and put it in a frying pan. Sprinkle chopped onions and garlic on top. Salt and add spices to taste. Mix thoroughly and fry until golden brown - and no more.
We fry the meat together with vegetables - our goal is for the broccoli to become soft. The main thing is not to overcook so that the vegetables do not spread into porridge.
When the goal is achieved, add cream to our dish and leave to simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
Once ready, you can sprinkle the dish with oregano and spices to taste. In addition, you can add a little grated cheese to diversify the taste.
First, rinse the meat and dry it. Next, sprinkle salt and spices on all sides, then put it in a saucepan and leave to marinate for 4 hours, or overnight - at your discretion.
Next, put a saucepan of water on the fire and salt it. When it boils, put the broccoli into it, which should first be divided into inflorescences. You need to keep it in boiling water for about two minutes and no more - otherwise it will turn into porridge, and we just need to soften it. When it’s ready, put it in a colander to dry.
Meanwhile, wash the peppers, cut off the tails and remove the seeds. After this, you should cut it into strips.
Once everything is ready, put the vegetables in a baking dish and pour lightly with oil, after which we also add salt. Then we beat the chicken breasts so that they become flat and completely cover the vegetables with them. The next thing is to cover it with foil - if you don’t cover it, the meat will turn out more fried and dry.
Place the pan in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. To check readiness, carefully remove the foil and try the meat with a knife, it should be soft. If you want the meat to brown a little, you should remove the foil 5 minutes before cooking.
First of all, preheat the oven - we need about 200 degrees.
Then place the chicken breast between two plastic wraps and pound it until it is as thin as possible. Sprinkle the top of the fillet with paprika and salt.

After this, grease our envelopes with sour cream and garlic and place them in a container for steaming. Pour water into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and set the “Cooking” or “Steaming” mode. The envelope should be prepared for about an hour - a little more if you are not sure of its readiness.
First, cook the chicken fillet, then cut it into cubes. Then boil the rice with vegetable oil - this will last about 20 minutes. Then cook the broccoli for 5-6 minutes and be careful not to overcook it, otherwise it will turn into porridge.
Then distribute the entire mass over a baking sheet and place the broccoli on top, pressing it in a little. Afterwards, sprinkle everything on top with the second part of the cheese.
First, pour 2-2.5 liters of water into the pan and place the breasts in it. Boil, remove the resulting foam and after boiling, cook for about another 15-20 minutes.
Take out the meat and cut into small pieces. We also cut the carrots into cubes and finely chop the onion. Next, fry the meat and vegetables in a frying pan until golden brown - always in butter.
Then we peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small strips.
After cooking, put the chicken broth on the fire, pour the potatoes and frying into it and bring to a boil.
While the broth is boiling, wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets. As soon as the broth boils, add broccoli to it, salt, pepper and add seasonings to taste. Reduce heat, stir and, cover with a lid, cook for about fifteen minutes.
After the time has passed, the soup can be poured into plates.
First of all, wash the chicken fillet and dry it. Peel the garlic. Wash the lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
Then cut the tomato into small slices. Boil the broccoli for a couple of minutes in salted boiling water and immediately rinse it with cold water so that it does not lose color. Crush the garlic.
From this amount of ingredients you will get two servings of salad - so put lettuce leaves on two serving plates, put meat, broccoli and tomatoes on top, and evenly place garlic on top. Salt the salad and make a mayonnaise mesh over it.
For those who do not like salad in this form: you can finely chop the lettuce leaves, also chop the meat and cut the tomato slices into two parts. Mix all the ingredients in a plate and pour in mayonnaise, then mix again.

5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, add broccoli, lightly season with butter and a pinch of salt.
6. Place the breasts on top so that they completely cover the broccoli and also sprinkle them with vegetable oil.
7. To make the dish juicy and truly healthy, dietary, cover the pan with foil, so all the moisture will remain inside. But if you want to get an appetizing, golden-brown and crispy chicken, you don’t need to cover the pan with foil, but keep in mind that without foil, some of the moisture will evaporate and the meat will be dry.
8. Place the pan in the oven on the middle rack and bake the dish for 35 minutes.
9. After the time has passed, check the chicken: carefully unscrew the foil and pierce the breast with the end of a knife, if the chicken is soft and easily pierced, then the chicken breasts with broccoli in the oven are ready, you can turn off the oven. There is no need to check the vegetables; they are ready a long time ago, because they were previously boiled. If the meat is not ready, cover the pan with foil and continue baking. Repeat the check after 5-10 minutes. When the chicken is ready, you can brown it by leaving the oven on, but removing the foil from the pan - five minutes of this baking will be enough.
