Dukan chicken roll with egg is a wonderful dish for losing a few extra pounds, especially with the arrival of spring! It is prepared very simply, and you can easily cope with its creation at home. I like this “meat bread” recipe because you can add various vegetables, such as bell peppers, to the minced chicken.

This dish is perfect for the “Attack” stage, and it turns out quite a lot, so I taste it for about 2 days. I especially like the combination of tender chicken meat and curd sauce. If you wish, you can add your favorite herbs and spices to the minced meat, or you can add different ones each time - use your imagination and cook with pleasure!

So, prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the chicken fillet in water, boil three chicken eggs for 15 minutes and cool sharply in ice water.

Mince the chicken fillet. Add gelatin, salt, ground black pepper and one chicken egg to it. Mix everything well.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil.

Place half of the minced chicken into it. Peel the boiled eggs and rinse them in water so that not a single piece of shell remains on them. Place them one by one in the middle of the mold on top of the minced meat. Place the eggs tightly so that when cutting each piece of roll there is a bright cut.

At this stage, my crazy culinary imagination got a little carried away, and I added sliced ​​bell pepper to the roll, mixing the entire contents of the container with it.

I laid out the minced meat with pepper to the top of the form and lightly tamped it down. After this, you need to place the mold in the oven and bake at 200C for about 50-60 minutes, draining the resulting liquid from time to time. If your roll starts to brown too much on top, cover it with parchment paper or foil.

Be sure to let the finished hot chicken roll with egg cool so that the gelatin sets in it, and only then remove it from the parchment paper by turning it upside down on a plate.

  3. Add a few tablespoons of sweetener, starch and yolks to the remaining milk. Using a mixer, beat the contents of the bowl until smooth.
  4. The mixture with yolks is poured into the heated milk and placed on the stove. Then it should be boiled with constant stirring until the desired thickness is obtained.

Chocolate jelly:
Boil cocoa and boil for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Pre-soak gelatin in milk, heat and pour into cocoa.

We make a white cake. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a microwave-safe container (I use Simax glassware with a diameter of 21). Place in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes. If after this time the top is a little damp (try it with your fingers), let it sit for another 1-2 minutes. Take it out and place it on a cooling rack.

While the cakes are cooling, make the cream and glaze.
Mix liquid curd with sugar. Beat well (about 10 minutes).

When the cakes have cooled, cut the dark cake into 2cm cubes.

Place a white cake layer on the bottom and cover with cream. Afterwards, take each cube of dark cake, dip it in cream and place it on the cake. And we do this with all the dough.
When the cake is formed, pour the remaining cream and decorate (drizzle) with glaze.
Place in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

No-dop tiramisu for attack

Ingredients:
eggs 4 pcs
cottage cheese (low fat) 250g package
sugar substitute to taste.

Important! If you prepare a dish with added gluten, then it can be eaten in the Attack phase, and if you add starch, then only in Alternation and the next two stages.

For Attack

This delicacy can be eaten even in the very first, strict phase. It is prepared with gluten, so it contains no carbohydrates.

You will need:

  • low-fat cottage cheese – 130 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sweetener - to taste;
  • vanillin – 1 g;
  • citric acid – 4 tsp;
  • gluten – 15 g.

For cream:

  • soft low-fat cottage cheese – 150 g;
  • low-fat natural yogurt – 50 ml;
  • sweetener;
  • vanilla.

Step 1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the first ones together with citric acid until foamy.

Step 2. Mix cottage cheese, sugar substitute, yolks, baking powder, vanillin and gluten. Stir everything thoroughly until smooth.

Step 3. Add the whites to the mixture in three additions and pour in carefully. Stir everything with a spoon each time, being careful not to damage the bubbles that appear. There is no need to use a mixer.

Step 4. Grease baking paper with a couple of drops of olive oil. Spread the dough over it and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 5. Mix sweetener with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla. This must be done with a spoon. You will get a homogeneous mass. This is a cream.

Step 6. Remove the dough from the oven, cool, then brush with cream and roll into a roll. Put it in the refrigerator. The roll should lie there for an hour or two, then you can eat it.

With bran and curd filling

This roll is suitable for the Attack phase. You will need a silicone mat to bake it. The roll turns out to be large, about 25 cm long.

Ingredients:

Step 1. Beat the whites until thick foam. You only need one protein, the rest can be removed and used later in another recipe.

Step 2. Mix three yolks with cottage cheese, pour the protein foam into the mixture.

Step 3. Use a blender or coffee grinder to turn oat bran into flour. Add them to the mass.

Step 4. Add powdered milk with baking powder to the mixture, mix everything well, being careful not to precipitate the whites.

Step 5. Place the dough on a silicone mat and smooth it out with a spoon. There should be 5mm of free space at the edges. Place the baking sheet with the mat and dough in the oven and bake until the crust is ready.

Step 6. Remove the biscuit using a spatula and place on a clean towel. Immediately roll into a tube with a towel. Let it lie there and cool down. After this, unfold the biscuit on the board, trim the edges with a knife. Lubricate with cream. Roll again after 5 minutes, but not too tightly. Also grease the roll with the same cream on top. Grind the cut edges of the sponge cake into crumbs and sprinkle it on top of the dessert. You can decorate the roll with goji berries. It should soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then it can be eaten.

Varenka flavored cream

This cream can be used for any biscuit. The recipe is allowed on this diet.


You will need:

  • low-fat fresh milk – 180 g;
  • skim milk powder - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar substitute;
  • flavoring “boiled condensed milk”;
  • yolks – 2 pcs.

Step 1. Pour the yolks into a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Step 2. In a frying pan with a thick bottom, fry the milk powder, stirring continuously.

Step 3. Add fresh milk to the pan with the yolks. Add sugar substitute and carefully sifted milk powder there. There should be no lumps. Place the pan over medium heat and stir constantly. When the cream boils, turn it off immediately. You will get a mass of medium thickness. Now you need to cool this cream and spread it on the roll.

Peculiarity! The taste of the cream can be changed by adding different flavors. If you like coffee taste, add one teaspoon of instant coffee to the dough instead of flavoring. If you prefer a more subtle vanilla, add vanillin.

To get a delicious roll, it is important to carefully follow all recommendations. Otherwise, it may turn out to look like an omelette or even fall apart.

Preparation

From the very beginning, let's start preparing condensed milk cream.

Add the yolks to the milk, add catfish and stir well so that there are no lumps. Add sugar.

Place on low heat and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

For the sponge cake, beat the eggs until they double in volume. Beat at maximum power for 10 minutes, no less. Without turning off the mixer and continuing to beat, add sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and sift them, so the bran and flax seeds should be crushed as much as possible.

Continuing to beat the eggs, add cottage cheese one spoon at a time, and then gradually add the dry mixture, but NOT ALL AT ONCE!

That is, they added a spoon and beat, another spoon and beat, and so on. As a result, we obtain a fairly liquid, homogeneous dough.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet

on a silicone or Teflon mat, or lightly oiled parchment
