Ingredients:
1 large bunch of green lettuce leaves,
1 bunch of fresh dill,
½ head of white onion,

Preparation:

To do this, put it in a separate container and add sugar and a mixture of peppers, pour vinegar and leave for 15 minutes so that the bitterness disappears. Add dill, eggs and pickled onions to the lettuce leaves. Season the salad with sour cream and mix lightly so as not to destroy the structure and shape of the products.

Salad with radish, egg and sausage

Ingredients:
100 g radishes,
100 g sausage,
1 fresh cucumber
1 egg,
3 tbsp. vegetable oil,

Preparation:

Preparation:
Separate the cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted boiling water or steam. Cut the cucumbers and cheese into cubes. To make the dressing, stir together yogurt, chopped dill and salt. 1 bunch of sorrel,
