We will need:

  • herring - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pieces
  • beets - 2 pcs (small)
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • parsley

  • olive oil

Cooking:

1. Clean the herring from the skin of the bones. It is best to take it lightly salted, so the appetizer will turn out to be more tender. Cut into small cubes. The smaller you cut, the more accurately you can make "berries".


2. Cut the red onion into very small cubes. It is not as bitter as white and is therefore more preferred. We do not have many ingredients, and this will play a big role.


3. Mix herring with onions and add mayonnaise.


Mix. Add some mayonnaise. So that the filling just sticks together.


I want to immediately note that the filling will remain. But it's so delicious that it doesn't last long. If you do not want it to remain, then use only half a carcass of a herring, and half an onion head.

4. Boil beets, cool and rub on a fine grater.

5. Potatoes also rub on a fine grater. It should be exactly twice as much as beets, otherwise it will not work to form berries.


6. Mix potatoes with beets.


Let stand for a while so that the mass turns into a uniform burgundy color.


7. In order to better sculpt the blanks, you will need to prepare the oil. I take olive. Since we have very little mayonnaise in the salad, the oil will just be used as a dressing.


Lubricate your hands with oil. Put a tablespoon of the vegetable mixture on the palm of your hand and smooth it into a cake.


Place a teaspoon of herring mixture in the center.


Form a berry that resembles a strawberry in shape. In this case, all the filling should remain inside.


8. Attach a sprig with parsley leaves and put on a plate.


Do the same with the rest of the "berries".

  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. We will need one large raw carrot. It should be cleaned and rubbed on a grater.

2. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the carrots. Add finely chopped parsley to it. Salt to taste.

4. We will need processed cheese specially cut into thin plates. It is sold ready-made in the package and looks like a square.

Cooking:

1. Cut boiled eggs lengthwise into two equal halves. Take the yolk out of them. Try to use eggs with light yolks to make the appetizer look more positive.


Also, do not overcook the eggs, because of this, the yolk will turn gray.

2. Crush the yolks into a homogeneous mass with a fork. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise to the mass and mix. If the mixture is not very soft, then you can add another spoonful of mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Chopped dill can be added to the resulting mass if desired. It goes well with egg yolk and looks beautiful when served.

To obtain a puree-like state, the yolks with mayonnaise can be knocked down with a mixer.

We will need:
