4. After the dough is ready, we start baking pancakes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and pour out part of the dough. If the dough is done correctly, it should pour into the pan like froth. When the pancake is cooked, pry it with a spatula and carefully turn it over to the other side.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

175 g sifted flour

a pinch of salt + 100 gr. dried apricots, 2-3 tbsp. soft cottage cheese, 1/2 bag of vanilla sugar for the filling. Let's get started.
Grind dried apricots with sugar and cottage cheese in a blender (meat grinder) to a mushy state. Beat the egg with sugar until the volume doubles. Gently pour in the oil. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Continuing to beat, pour in part of the flour mixture. Pour in part of the kefir. Alternately adding kefir and flour, knead the dough. Italian New Year's dessert Torrone. Homemade sweets.

With nuts, I think you can experiment. But one thing is important, they must be cleaned and dried. I had almonds. I put it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then a cold shower. And that's it, he jumped out of his skin like a cute little one. Then gilded in the oven. Ready!
Now put it in a blender and grind it into crumbs.
Sugar in a saucepan and fill it with water. Boil the caramel until it becomes a soft ball. That is, we put a bowl of cold water next to it and periodically drip syrup into it. If after a few seconds a soft ball rolls with your fingers, the caramel is ready. If not, cook some more. This process took me 10 minutes.

We will need:
