Cut the potatoes into small cubes 1.5–2 centimeters in size, send them to a bowl of water and leave them there until they are used, so that they do not darken. Chop the carrots rich in fiber, carotene and niacin on a medium or fine grater, and chop the onions saturated with vitamins E, PP and group B into 1 centimeter cubes.
