To prepare this delicacy, you need the following products: blackberry 1 kg, half a lemon, sugar 1 kg and 250 ml of purified water, or even better, take your favorite natural juice. In order not to lose all the vitamins, this jam can be cooked with a five-minute prescription. Prepare the berries, peel the lemon and remove the zest from it, remove the seeds. Next, start making syrup: put water or juice on the fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Then boil for another 3-5 minutes. Chop the zest in advance, but without the white shell that gives the bitterness, add it to the boiling syrup and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the berries and keep them on the fire for no more than 2 minutes, then pour the lemon pulp, previously cut, and boil for another 5 minutes over low heat. Five-minute jam from blackberry and lemon is ready! Pour into banks and leave to cool.
To prepare this jam, take 1.5 kg of blackberry, 2 kg of granulated sugar, flour (2 tbsp. L.), Cranberry syrup (0.5 l) and a glass of water. Prepare the berries in advance, add sugar and water to them. Put everything in a container and let it boil, choosing the “Cooking” mode. Strain the hot syrup and leave to cool. After 30-40 minutes, add finely chopped lemon into it, pour in cranberry syrup, add blackberry and flour, mix everything. Squeeze the juice from a lemon into a glass. Peel the pear from its peel and core, which can also be folded into a bag. Cut the pear into cubes no larger than the size of a berry. Fold the berries and pear in a saucepan, add lemon juice, and throw bags of gauze in the same place. Simmer until soft, then remove the bags and add sugar, cook to the desired consistency for 20 minutes, removing the foam and stirring. Everything is ready - pour, cork and leave to be stored in the pantry until the onset of cold weather.
Cooking Italian Pear and Blackberry A
It is not difficult to make dessert according to this recipe, and thanks to rosemary, blackberry jam will receive a unique aroma of eucalyptus. According to the recipe, you need 1.5 kg of blackberry, a kilogram of sugar, lemon, dried rosemary. Pour sugar into the washed berries and leave to infuse for a couple of hours. Then put the mixture to boil, add lemon juice and rosemary, stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. In the morning, boil again 5 minutes twice.
