5. Bake at 200 degrees until nicely browned, for about twenty minutes.

Airy buns without eggs on dry yeast with jam

Ingredients:

A full glass of kefir;

11 gr. “fast” quality yeast;

Half a glass of frozen butter;

10 gr. fine salt;

Three glasses of high-grade flour;

Any thick jam;

A teaspoon of sugar for the dough, and a tablespoon for the syrup;

A quarter glass of water.

Cooking method:

1. After mixing kefir with vegetable oil, put it in a water bath and warm it up a little. Stir the mixture constantly to heat it evenly. We monitor the temperature, it should not be higher than 39 degrees.

4. Roll out the blanks into rectangles, eight centimeters thick. Place jam on the center and press it lightly. We first wrap one free edge over the filling, place the second one on it and make a two-centimeter cut in the center, cutting through both layers of dough until the jam is formed.

5. Fold the edges under, pinching them tightly and turning them a little, forming an oval-shaped workpiece. We transfer them to a baking sheet, greasing it with vegetable oil in advance.

6. Leave the formed buns under a cloth for up to a quarter of an hour, after which we place them in a hot oven.

7. Dissolve the sugar selected for the syrup in a quarter glass of water.

8. Bake the buns for about fifteen minutes, then, taking them out and brushing them with syrup, put them in the oven for another seven minutes.

Ingredients:

Processed cheese - 300 gr.;

Lean butter, frozen;

Two spoons of purchased ripper;

Kefir - 300 ml;

Sweet apples with dense pulp - 450 gr.;

80 ml of milk, homemade if possible;

Wheat flour - 450 gr.;

110 gr. medium-fat butter;
