Moreover, you can enrich its taste and composition at your discretion with dried fruits, nuts, seeds, berries and fruits. Here's an option. The casserole is prepared in the oven or in a slow cooker.

Recipe Information

Cooking method: baking in a slow cooker.

Total cooking time: 1 hour

Number of servings: 4-5 .

List of ingredients:

  • low-fat cottage cheese – 400 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • semolina – 2 tbsp.
  • sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • salt – 1/4 tsp.
  • soda (baking powder) – 1/5 tsp.
  • cinnamon, vanillin - to taste
  • sour cream (kefir, milk) – 30 ml
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
  • kiwi – 2 pcs.

How to cook:

  1. Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl; if there are large lumps, break them up with a spoon. The use of homemade cottage cheese is encouraged.

  2. Beat in a fresh chicken egg. It is better to break it into another bowl, and only then, after making sure that it is not spoiled, pour it into the cottage cheese.

  3. Now add table salt, sugar and baking powder (baking soda).
  4. Add semolina. There is no need to add more than what is indicated in the recipe, as the casserole will lose all its “airiness” and become too dense.

  5. Add vanilla and ground cinnamon. Do not overdo it, otherwise the casserole will sting your tongue unpleasantly.

  6. Stir the contents of the bowl thoroughly until the curd mass becomes homogeneous.

  7. Peel the kiwi and cut it into halves.

  8. Cover the multicooker bowl with foil or baking paper. Pour some oil on it and use a pastry brush to spread it all over the paper.

  9. Place the curd mass into the multicooker bowl and smooth it out.

  10. Place kiwi pieces nicely and neatly on the cottage cheese. Bake for 40 minutes on the Baking mode. After finishing, it is better not to open the lid for another 15 minutes. This casserole is cooked in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

  11. Carefully remove the finished kiwi dessert from the pan, remove the baking paper and cool.
  12. Cut into portions and serve with tea. You can also add jam, honey, condensed milk. Bon appetit!
