  • Oil (vegetable) - for frying;
  • Water – 0.8 l;
  • Large carrots;
  • Butter – 50 g;
  • Salt;
  • Medium sized bulb.

Preparation:

  1. Measure out the required amount of cereal and pour it into a large container.
  2. Now place the rice under a cold water tap and rinse it several times until the water runs clear (this is about 7-9 times).
  3. Peel the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion into small cubes.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on low heat. When it warms up well, you can lay out the vegetables. Fry onions and carrots until golden brown.
  5. While frying, stir the vegetables and add a little salt.

  1. Pour oil into the multicooker and turn on the “Fry” mode. Let the lid be open.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Place the onions in the bowl for 4 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 0.4 kg;
  • Rice – 2 cups;
  • Onion – 1 head;
  • Seasoning for meat - to taste;

  • Parsley - half a bunch (you can do without it);
  • Onion – 2 medium heads.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skins from the onions and carrots.
  2. Chop the onion very finely.
  3. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  4. Open the stew and remove the fat and place it in a bowl. Add chopped vegetables to it.
