Very unusual dishes for our region are “Tender” salad with kiwi and chicken. A light sourness of kiwi will add spice to the dish, and a combination of tender boiled chicken, eggs and carrots will make the salad simply melting in your mouth.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, salt, pepper dressing to your liking.
Boil the egg for 8 minutes in boiling water, then peel and grate it on a fine grater. Put the mashed egg with the first layer of salad, grease with sour cream dressing.
Boil the chicken until tender, cool it and cut it as small as possible. Put it in the next layer on the egg and grease well with dressing.
Boil the carrots until soft, cool and grate. Mix with dressing, squeeze the garlic into the mixture through the garlic press, and lay it on the chicken.
Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes. Lay out the kiwi with the next layer and carrots. Lubricate the kiwi with dressing.
Grate the cheese and put the last layer on the salad, grease the sauce.
This salad will be the tastier the longer it is infused. One - two hours is not enough to soak it well. Leave the tender salad in the refrigerator for the night, and then get a gentle, airy, melting dish in your mouth!
