Iced coffee popsicle
Coffee popsicle is an ideal option for coffee lovers in hot weather. To prepare this dessert, you will need special ice cream molds (molds) and wooden sticks. The recipe is designed for 10 servings.
2 cups of cold strong coffee
1 cup of fat cream (0.5 for mixing with a drink and the same for the bottom of the mold)

1. Mix the cream with sugar and mix until completely dissolved.
2. Pour part of the cream, 1-1.5 cm high, onto the bottom of each mold. Freeze cream until solidified (about an hour).

Iced Toasted Coconut Coffee
Delicate coconut iced coffee is one of the best cold coffee drinks.
30 g of black ground coffee (preferably roasted)
2 cups toasted coconut slices

1. Put the fried coconut in a large airtight container of at least 3 liters, pour coffee and pour water. Shake the container to mix the contents. Cover and let it brew for 24-36 hours at room temperature.

Vietnamese Egg Coffee
Coffee with eggs !? Sounds weird, isn't it? It turns out that not only Vietnamese drink egg coffee. In Norway, eggs are used to give a coffee drink a beautiful amber color. It’s also a great tasty dessert.
The addition of proteins to coffee has two functions:
1) Helps coffee particles settle to the bottom faster.

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a heat-resistant dish.
2. Add cream and coffee and place the bowl in a pot of boiling water (in a water bath). Stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the mass becomes homogeneous.
3. Cool the mass, then beat it slightly with a mixer and refrigerate.
4. When the mass is sufficiently cooled so that truffles can be formed from it, cut the balls from it using a French spoon. Form the remaining mass by hand, after sprinkling them with cocoa powder. Sprinkle other cocoa with other truffles.

1. Pour almond flour, icing sugar and espresso into a blender bowl. Grind these ingredients into a fine powder and sift. If lumps occur, remove them altogether.
2. Beat egg whites, salt and tartar until foam appears. Reduce the speed of the revolutions on a blender and slowly add sugar to the mixture (approximately 1 tsp at a time) while continuing to beat. When all the sugar has been introduced, turn on the blender at maximum speed until all the lumps dissolve and the mass becomes glossy.
3. The resulting mixture is mixed with almond flour, until a batter, continuously flowing from a spoon.
4. Transfer the dough into a pastry bag with a large round tip. On a sheet of parchment paper we form circles of dough about 2.5-3 cm in diameter from dough.
5. We put the baking sheet on a rack in order to force air bubbles out of the dough and let it dry for 30-45 minutes
6. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. After complete cooling, we smear the resulting macaroons with Nutella and make sandwiches.
Coconut Cowboy Coffee
Real cowboy coffee is a drink brewed from what is at hand in a can above a fire. Cowboys filtered coffee, as a rule, through a sock. In our recipe, the minimum of ingredients, as it should be in a drink prepared in the field. The element of diversity brings coconut milk.

Coffee Beans Biscuit with Chocolate

1 tbsp instant coffee
200 g. Fine-grained cottage cheese
200 g butter
150 g sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp brandy or brandy
a pinch of cardamom
270-300 g premium wheat flour
4 table. tablespoons of cocoa powder
50 g dark chocolate
1. Dissolve coffee in hot water.
2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add to it butter at room temperature and beat with a mixer at medium speed for three minutes. Add lemon zest, cardamom, sugar, cognac and cooled instant coffee. Beat again at low speed, gradually adding flour combined with cocoa powder. Batch until the mass of the dough is uniform. Lastly, add grated dark chocolate and mix. Place the finished dough in a bag and leave it for one hour in the refrigerator.
3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and, with your hands moistened in water, form 2.5 cm diameter balls from the cooled dough, giving them an oval shape similar to the shape of a coffee grain.
4. Place them on a baking sheet at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Make indentations in the middle of each cookie blank. To do this, take the wooden skewer at both ends and lightly press it longitudinally on the dough piece, finally giving them the shape of a coffee bean.
5. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at t 185-190 ° С for 15 minutes.

3. In a mixer, beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
4. Add part of the flour mixture and sour cream, mix well. Add the remaining flour and coffee with milk. Stir until smooth.

The most common coffee drinks:
Espresso (ital. espresso) - a coffee drink prepared by passing hot (about 90 ° C) and pressurized 9 bar water through a filter with ground coffee. The drink is very popular all over the world and, above all, in the south of Europe - in Italy and Portugal.
Doppio(double). Pour water into the coffee machine, bring to a boil. Then pour boiling water through coffee under a pressure equal to 15 atmospheres. Steam temperature 95 ° C. The time for making espresso should be between 25 and 30 seconds. After that, immediately repeat the process of making coffee, and then mix both servings in one cup.
Tripplo -triple espresso.
Ristretto (limited), also known as “espresso corto” (Italian “short”) - espresso with less water (10-20 ml), but with a richer flavor.
Flat white - espresso (one-third) and whipped milk (two-thirds), with or without a small froth.
Cappuccino - traditionally a mixture of coffee, whipped milk and milk froth (all one-third). Often, cappuccinos are made on a latte principle, but with a lot of foam. If desired, the foam is covered with chocolate chips.
Macchiato (Italian: Caffè macchiato) - A coffee drink made from a serving of espresso and a small amount of milk. Also known as espresso macchiato. Like latte, macchiato is the basis for latte art.
Latte (milk) - abbreviated from the word "caffellatte", meaning "coffee with milk." It is an espresso in which whipped milk is added, with a thin layer of foam or without it, depending on preferences.
Viennese coffee - coffee with milk, the preparation of which uses varieties of coffee with a milder taste; caramel is sometimes added.
Latte Macchiato (tinted milk) is essentially an “inverted” latte, as the espresso is poured into a cup in which there is already milk. Latte macchiato should be distinguished from caffe macchiato.
Fredo. First you need to make a cup of espresso coffee (but take a little more water). Then pour the freshly prepared coffee into the shaker and add the syrup (you can improvise with various syrups, but fruit will be prohibited) and milk. A little ice and shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass and enjoy the taste.
Irish. In a heated glass goblet, put 2 tsp. cane sugar, pour 20 ml of Irish whiskey, mix. Pour in freshly brewed coffee in a geyser coffee maker, put whipped cream (vanilla preferably) on top.
Romano. Take a cup of strong espresso and add a slice of lemon to the drink. In some cases, the slice may be replaced with lemon zest, cut into stripes, or with lemon topping or lemon juice.
Honey Rough Coffee is a mixture of espresso, 11% cream and honey. Unlike other cocktails, which include milk, the ingredients for raff coffee are mixed at the first stage of preparation. After that, the drink is whipped by the cappuccino machine from the coffee machine to obtain a dense and thick foam.
Look. Glasse coffee is ordinary coffee with ice cream. You can use coffee just like freshly brewed coffee (the best option), but you can also use regular instant coffee if you don’t have a coffee maker on hand.
Mocha, or mocha - a kind of coffee arabica named after the port city on the Red Sea - Mokha. But we will talk about coffee with chocolate.
How to cook mocha at home. To do this, you need a transparent glass, a small cup of espresso, some chocolate or chocolate sauce, whipped cream and whole milk. Traditional mocha recipe: milk is poured into a transparent glass and chocolate is placed, after which the mixture is heated for a couple until its components are mixed. After that, coffee is carefully poured into milk with chocolate, and the resulting drink is decorated with whipped cream. It can also be sprinkled with chocolate chips.
Longo (long) - one and a half times more water is used for its preparation than is required for regular espresso, as a result of which the taste is weaker.
Americano - Espresso mixes with hot water, usually in a ratio of one to one. Long black uses the same principle, but in reverse order.
Con panna - single or double espresso with a cap of whipped cream. It is also called Viennese coffee, although the names of the drink in different countries may vary. Served most often in demitas or in a transparent glass.
Breve (short) - Espresso (50%) is mixed with milk (25%) and cream (25%).
Coretto. Coretto coffee - Italian drink (flavored). It consists of a serving of espresso flavored with liquor, mainly grappa, and sometimes sambuca or brandy. The drink is also widely known outside of Italy. When ordering a coretto, you should specify exactly which alcoholic beverage you want to spice up coffee. In northern Italy, coffee with grappa (grape vodka) is drunk for breakfast.
Rough Coffee is a mixture of espresso, 11% cream and vanilla sugar syrup. Unlike other cocktails, which include milk, the ingredients for raff coffee are mixed at the first stage of preparation. After that, the drink is whipped by the cappuccino machine from the coffee machine to obtain a dense and thick foam.
Marochino. Ingredients: Chocolate syrup - 10 ml. Espresso coffee - 30 ml. Milk - 15 ml. The total volume of the drink is 60 ml.
The drink is served in a heated glass glass with a capacity of 80 ml. Pour a mixture of espresso and chocolate syrup into a glass cup, put froth milk on top, decorate with grated chocolate. It is necessary to achieve the separation of the drink into two parts, frothed milk and a mixture (espresso and syrup).
Bicherin (Bicerin, drink. A small glass) - a drink based on coffee, which appeared in Turin (Italy).
Ingredients: 250 ml of milk, 90 grams of semisweet chocolate, 50 ml of espresso or strong coffee, whipped cream or ice cream
To start, rub a handful of chocolate. Then pour into a saucepan and fill with milk. Bring to a boil. For 1 minute, beat the mixture. Then remove from the pan the pot with the mixture.
Now in a separate glass we will prepare strong coffee or espresso. Pour the chocolate mixture into the coffee glass. Then add a thin stream of coffee. For a side dish, add whipped cream or ice cream.
Make a very strong coffee, cool it. Add cold milk / cream /, ice cream to taste, as well as a few pieces of ice. Whip all the ingredients in a blender at high speed for about 20 seconds, so that the ice breaks into small pieces.
Serve in chilled glasses with a straw, on top you can put a ball of ice cream, pour over chocolate syrup.
Make 3 cups of coffee, cool it. Mix in a blender chilled coffee, peppermint extract, 1 cup of milk, 8 tbsp. spoons of chocolate syrup and crushed ice, whisk until foam appears. Serve in tall glasses with a straw, garnished with mint leaves.
Make 1 cup of coffee and refrigerate it.
In a glass, put 100 g of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or coffee). Pour in chocolate syrup (~ 2 tablespoons). Gently add chilled coffee. In each glass put a large spoon with a top of whipped cream and sprinkle with crumbs of colored candies.
Boil 4 g of cardamom seeds for 5 minutes in 300 ml of water. Cool this aroma mixture, strain and make coffee on this water. In tall glasses put a large piece of ice and pour freshly prepared coffee.

2. "Java." Fill the blender to half with ice cubes, grind. Add 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and chocolate chips, as well as 4 cups of freshly made strong coffee. Pour the mixture into several tall glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and top with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with chocolate chips.
3. "Maharashtra." Make an espresso in a coffee machine. Then add 0.5 cups of milk, ¼ tsp. cardamom, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg and 2 tsp. Sahara.
4. "Caramel latte with vanilla." Mix ¾ cup freshly brewed coffee with ¼ cup hot milk and 2 tsp. vanilla extract in a large coffee cup. Add 1 tbsp. caramel syrup and 1 tsp brown sugar. Garnish with whipped cream.
