The readiness of vinegar is judged by whether the fermentation processes have ceased. This period may have a duration of 4–6 weeks. In this case, the liquid becomes clear, a precipitate is observed, which is carefully separated by pouring the finished vinegar with a hose. After that, it is again filtered using 3 layers of gauze, bottled, sealed with corks, which are poured with wax, and stored in a refrigerator or in another cool place.

After a few months, reddish flakes may appear in the bottles - sediment, which is completely harmless.
